Action-Packed Day with Great Memories (But Pricey & Weather-Dependent) - We booked a full-day adventure with Total Snorkel that included parasailing, jet ski, and their 5-in-1 snorkeling tour. The whole booking process was super easy thanks to their WhatsApp channel—so convenient! I had loads of questions, and they patiently walked me through all the options before I finally settled on this combo. They also offered to add a Jungle Tour in the morning to fill out the day. I included transport and the photo/video package, which made it a bit pricey overall. But looking back at the footage and everything we got to do, it felt kind of worth it—definitely expensive, but also a one-of-a-kind experience. Let me just say, the Jungle Tour was the weakest part of the day and I regretted adding it. (You can read my detailed review here: https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g150807-d2188282-r1003648305-Cancun_Jungle_Tours-Cancun_Yucatan_Peninsula.html). The only highlight from that was some amazing drone footage of us driving the boats—it looked pretty epic on camera. After that, the transport was bang on time. We had a big, clean 16-seater van all to ourselves, which felt quite VIP. We kicked things off with parasailing, and it was super cool—peaceful, scenic, and a fun way to start the adventure. Next up was jet skiing, which unfortunately didn’t go so well. The weather was rough, and the sea was really choppy, so we didn’t enjoy that part much and cut it short. Then came the big one: the 5-in-1 snorkelling tour. Here’s the breakdown of the stops: 1. A cenote that looked like a skull – very cool and a bit eerie! 2. A coral reef with plenty of fish. 3. A sea turtle stop, and wow—seeing a turtle come up for air and dive back down was magical. 4. A site with underwater statues, which felt like something out of a dream. 5. A sunken ship, which was the final stop. The snorkeling itself was challenging due to the choppy water—the waves really throw you around. Getting back to the boat after each stop was exhausting. But the crew was great—one person stayed in the water with us, guiding the group with a float, while the other captained the boat. Everything felt safe and smooth. We also had a photographer with us, and the pictures and videos turned out amazing—lots of great shots of the marine life, the sunken ship, and the family having fun underwater. If I had to do it again, I’d probably skip 2 stops — 5 in 1 felt like too much (Given the choppy water and winds). We were wiped by the 4th, but thanks to some encouragement from the captain, we pushed through. Pro tip: wear a T-shirt or rash guard—we didn’t, and the sunburn was real after all that time on the water. Overall, it was an awesome experience, with some highs and a few lows (mostly due to the weather). Not cheap, but we came away with some great memories and footage to match.

It was my first time... - It was my first time doing any of these activities let alone all 3 in one day. It was a great experience with fun and knowledgeable staff members, especially Piña. I can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend!

Snorkel fun!! - A great company to deal with! From collection at hotel to quick check in all was excellent. There are lockers onsite for 5 dollars which is refunded when you hand back in your locker key. Very polite professional staff on hand to let you know what to do. Good equipment provided too. Great snorkelling experience! Turtles, ship wreck and sink holes all great to see! The parasail was really great too. Very peaceful up in the air! Showers available when you return from the sea then decide if you want any memorable photos/videos from the trip taken by the photo team. They are also excellent. Finally dropped off back at your hotel. Thank you for a great experience! Keep up the good work! I can't fault this company. Worth a visit!👍😎

Snorkeling, parasailing and jet ski - Everything was so much fun! Our guide for snorkeling was friendly and explained everything to where it wasn’t intimidating at all. It was all beautiful. The cameraman was amazing. He would dive down to the bottom or go into caves to get us great shots. Definitely make sure to tip them well. They’re such hard workers and so friendly. The parasailing was also a lot of fun. It was a beautiful view and not scary at all. Jet skiing was also fun. You have to tip each activity separately. I didn’t know that and didn’t have enough bills to tip everyone what I wanted. 2 cameramen, parasailing captain and guide and snorkeling captain and guide. The captains just drove the boat so I feel like the guides and cameramen did most of the work. I would highly recommend!

Snorkeling jetski paragliding - The staff was super friendly. We we taken to do snorkeling in some pretty cool spots. Saw some turtles. My family about tapped out cause it's 4 different spots which I thought was cool. We rode jet skis which seemed like a long time. When paragliding we saw turtles, stingrays and starfish. All in all worth the money in my opinion.

Best avoided unless you’re in a hurry! - Enjoyable but very very rushed. It’s like a conveyor belt of people in and out. They have it done as a fine art. In and out as quick as poss. 10 mins on parasail, 15 mins on jet ski, snorkelling was very rushed. Lots of waiting around for the transport so the transport took longer than the activity! Just beware when you book this is not an individualised experience you are on the conveyor belt with hundreds of others in this money making machine
