Excellent excursion! - We did the combination 5-in-1 snorkeling and parasailing. This was my favorite excurision of the trip! We had an incredibly positive experience with Snorkle Cancun. Friendly and helpful staff, great guide, and a well organized dock system with several tours happening. Like others have said, Daisy was a fantastic snorkeling guide. She was able to spot several turtles and other great fish, and I never had trouble keeping up with her. We had plenty of time at each dive (4 stops, one had 2 sites to see). We saw tons of different fish and several turtles. I never felt rushed. We took our own underwater camera and another couple had a GoPro - we were able to use them as much as we wanted. The team wanted to ensure everyone had a great experience. The parasailing was great - very easy and well explained process. The staff was friendly, competent, and responsible. The ride was smooth and fun - not scary at all. They video your entire ride with sound, and you can choose to purchase it at the end. We did not experience any pressure whatsoever to buy the photos or even to pose for any photos. The people at the counter showed us the photos and videos, but they were respectful, explained the options (you can choose video and photos of both or just photos of one part, etc. I think thenwhole set - videos and pictures from bith was $100). The photos were great quality - we just didn't need to spend the money and that was respected. If our kids had been with us, I probably wouldt have spent the money.

Incredible. - The best snorkel of our week here! Parasailing is a once in a lifetime experience! I would do it at every city we visit. The view is breathtaking. Staff are all above and beyond in service!

Total snorkel in cancun - Incredible experience, Moises and Juan where really great guides, we saw many turtles and a million fishes. Organisation before departure is a bit weird, but definitly worth the experience and the price. Bring some cash for tip, it is worth it.

Great snorkeling and great guides! - Great snorkeling and great guides!! We went with guides Daisy and Eduardo. We saw lots of fish, and a sea turtle! Plenty of time to swim and explore.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! - This was such and amazing adventure. We started with snorkeling with our Captain, Eusebio and our guide, Carlos Pina. I completely forgot the name of our photographer but he was FANTASTIC!!!! My favorite part was getting to pet a sea turtle and all the amazing pictures that were taken. Then we were off to parasailing. This was the first time I've done it and now I'm hooked! The crew that was helping us was wonderful. They were so funny and really made the whole experience fun and exciting (I was very nervous at first). Next time we are in Cancun, we will be visiting here again. It was one of the best parts of our trip!

100/10 recommend snorkeling here - We decided to parasail and snorkel on our visit to Total Snorkel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Parasailing was awesome but I wish the time we were in the air was longer. 10 min felt like 4. Snorkeling was amazing! I wish I remembered our guide’s name but he was very cool and upbeat. The gear was in good shape and I really liked the life vests they gave- you could swim down to the bottom to get closer if you wanted to. We saw fish, tortoises, a ship wreck, and an underwater cenote. The whole experience was amazing and I wish I had gone 2 more times. They also have a photographer with a GoPro that joins your party but they charge up to $65 for the lot of pictures/videos, per activity. That was too much for my budget. In my opinion, bring your own GoPro or waterproof case for your phone. I think they should serve food or have a taco truck set up for people that have to wait between their activities. We did buy snacks but would have liked to have more options. Or just eat before you go.

Swimming in paradise - Our Guide Robert was very good. He was a full tour guide not just a snorkel supervisor. He told us about history and about the fish and turtles we got to swim with. We took our Grandsons for a graduation reward to Cancun and they had never been snorkeling before and now they can't wait to go again!

Life Changing - Robert was awesome & fun! Request him as your guide. I felt very safe. Snorkeling will change your life!

Snorkeling with Roberto and Crew - This was a great experience all around, from the pickup at the hotel to the dropoff back at the hotel. Roberto was very energetic and personable. He made sure everyone was ready to go on time and was comfortable with what they were doing. It was my wifes first time snorkeling and she is not a great swimmer. In the water when she had trouble, he was right there helping, and ended up towing her around with the rescue donut and rope. She had a great time as a result and got to say she was swimming with a turtle. The parasailing was also amazing. We had a great flight that was almost twice as long as the one we did in Hawaii last year. I could go on, but long story short, this is the experience I recommend to anyone going to Cancun.

terrible!!! - When we arrived we were sent to pay the required $15/person dock fees, which we knew we had to pay. The same gentlemen that we paid the dock fees then sold us a package for pictures that he described as a full package of pictures of our booked events, snorkeling and parasaling. We discussed, with this gentlemen that we had snorkeled with tthem in the past and only wanted the parasailing pictures. He explained the total picture package included both the snorkeling and parasaiing. Once we agreed to the package he then sent us to the photo desk to pay, told the woman working the photo desk (in spanish) we had purchased the package and we paid our $100. After our snokeling and parasailing and we went to collect our pictures this same woman then told us that our photo package only included snorkeling and that if we wanted the parasailing it would be an additional $70. We told her no, we paid $100 for the total package with both snorkeling and parasailing. She again said, $100 only covers snorkeling. So, we asked that we receive the parasailing pictures rather than the snorkeling or the $100 we had already paid. We were told no, that was nt allowed and that the only way we could get pictures from parasailing was to pay the additional $70. We refused, we were told the $100 was for both. This same lady confirmed when we paid that it was the full package and then changed the price to an additional $70. Now, the link we were sent for the snorkeling pictures will not download the pictures. I will add that we have booked with this company, pre-covid, a number of times. They have lost a repeat customer, and one that now will tell everyone to avoid this company. they have clearly declined in service, honesty. I will never recommend them to anyone.
