Nice experience 🩷 - We had a great time. It was fun & safe. Very comfortable sitting in the skyrider vs traditional parasailing. The water wasn't as pretty because we were on the lagoon side, but still a great experience.

Smooth and great staff! - Friendly guys working the boats! Super smooth ride! Great pictures from up top! Very easy and fun! But remember to bring a swim suit to get to the first boat!

Great time on the skyrider!! - Had the best time doing the skyrider in Cancun! We were staying at Fiesta Americana Condesa in Cancun and the Aquaworld team at the resort was incredible. JP, Julian, and especially Carlos were wonderful and helped us pick the best activity! We would definitely do this again!!

Great experience parasailing! - Would highly recommend the parasailing excursion! Staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Expect 12 mins in the air and a great little ride on jet skis to and from the boat. Very family friendly!

Again again! - Went 200ft in the air. Emerald green water. Paid to go twice it was so much fun. Bring some extra money if you want them to take photos of you. I felt it was worth every penny and tipped the crew! Very friendly. Be on the lookout for the sea turtles.

Cool! - It was cool. More comfy than regular parasailing. The guides were nice. I didn’t like the pics. I only liked the vid bc you could actually see our faces AND the parasail thing. We couldn’t purchase the vid separately. We would’ve had to purchase the horrible pics for $45 in order to get the vid. Luckily, I took vids with my GoPro and my cellphone. The best thing about this experience was Alberto the guy at the front. He was very patient, very kind and helped us figure out how to get back to our downtown hotel on the bus bc Uber doesn’t work in hotel zone. Thanks Alberto!!!

Unsafe - My mom and I booked this excursion and felt very unsafe. When we got on the boat, the driver told us that it was too windy and was adamant that we would need 3 people to go up in the parasail. We did not have a third person because no one had told us that when we paid and we were in the middle of the ocean at this point. When he realized we did not have a third person, he said actually it would be fine for just 2 people to go. This felt very unsafe since he seemed pretty sure before that we needed 3 people. The parasail has NO seatbelt, lap bar or anything to hold you in place, it is just a chair. We did not make it up very far b/c it was moving all over the place and with nothing to secure us in the chair it felt very unsafe. Then, when we were taken back to shore, the boat almost tipped over and the driver jumped off leaving my mom alone on a boat that was about to capsize.. would NOT recommend this tour or company.
