Spectacular, magical and novel - From the entrance to the very impressive facilities, the staff was quick to get the drinks, the show is impressive, I felt like I was in Las Vegas, it's spectacular, I come from Peru and I haven't seen anything like it, I'm amazed.

Fun night Coco Bongo - I thought it was a cool experience! There were several really cool presentations! The price on the website was better than at the reception, but when you get there, they keep insisting that you upgrade for 140 dollars, to have access to a table and drinks more easily. I stayed on the track, but it was crowded. Tip: arrive early.

Don't miss it, it's worth it - Don't miss out on a special show. You will be in a place with the structure of a large nightclub with shows all the time better than Cirque Du Soleil.

Must try - A must to visit , great show . High level - it’s like Walmart, musical, theatre, concert in one . Loved it very much Before arriving, know your Latino classics songs

Bad entertainment option - Bad experience. It is sold as a show, but apart from the acrobatics part, which are beautiful, the rest is terrible and in bad taste, just showing people off as well as appealing. Something to catch tourists, and a lack of level. For me, one of the worst trips I've ever been on

Stood for two hours embarrassed and frustrated trying to prove the tickets were legitimate. - Coco Bongo itself was an amazing experience my birthday and our anniversary, but we had so much trouble accessing our tickets from Viator we ended up missing two hours of the show. We arrived to CocoBongo with plenty of time before the show started but when clicking ‘get tickets’ on the viator app I would be sent round and round in circles from the app to my emails and being prompted to sing in; once signed in it wouldn’t display my ticket and would then do the same thing over and over again when pressing get my ticket. We tried the app and the website but both options would not display a Q.R Code which the management team at CocoBongo said they needed to let us in. We then went through different levels of management reexplaining the issue and also showed us previous tickets from guests that had used Viator of what they are used to seeing and that they had not come across this issue before. Stood for two hours embarrassed and frustrated on my Birthday trying to prove my tickets were legitimate was a complete mood killer- we didn’t end up being able to access the official tickets through Viator but I think management could see if wasn’t our fault and felt sorry for us so they let us in.

bad experience - I do not recommend it, the administrative organization is terrible. The only redeemable thing is the show, 10/10, the rest, both the “guards” and waiters are despots and poorly educated. They only have preference for those who pay tables. Although it is a “must see” destination in Cancun, they must greatly improve their administration and staff.

Disappointment - The place is overloaded. Wherever we stood staff members said to move somewhere else, i guess they expected us just to pay and watch the show from the toilet or from outside. Shows and music were nice, but they made us feel super annoyed, and upset about how they treated us. The way they talk to you or just push you away from the back is unacceptable. We are the costumers, we payed to be there and they acted we owe them. And actually they were the one whom stopped us every meter on the street. I would never ever go there again. I gave 2 stars, because the entertainment team made a nice show and some bartener were nice as well, but the waiters had no manners!

Hell on Earth - The worst place I have ever set foot on the face of the Earth. I think there are a lot more honest people inside a prison than in this rubbish place.

Awful - I went on March 1, 2024, Friday! I would never go again! Expensive entrance for the service and show provided1 Extremely small place! Oversold! absolutely collapsed! Disrespectful waiters and guards! Terrible attention! Overrated show, without continuity and meaning! We paid for the VIP bar that allowed access to better quality drinks and they served you in plastic birthday cups1 In short, a real disaster! I don't recommend it at all.
