The galleon Columbus departs from the Marina Aquatours Pier, located at Km 6.25 of Cancun Hotel Zone. We recommend to stay in the pier half an hour before the departure time, since departures most be on time. Departures time at 5 pm and 8 pm.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Romantic must do - It was a beautiful experience a must do vey romantic wonderful food good music staff was very nice and the live music was also a great touch!!

Palmdale,ca - The music , the scenery , the staff , food was great . Maybe consider remodeling the boat. Would of love to see the sunset, but was booked. But overall was great .

Overbooked and blamed us for it. Tried to make us go at a different time. - We booked a 16:30 dinner cruise for our Anniversary. We got a pick up time sent to us day prior for 6:10pm. When we called they said they didn't have 16:30 available and they never confirmed 16:30. Lol. Instead now they told us we had to go to a much later cruise and transportation is NOT included. We tried to cancel but were told we couldn't cancel, since its less than 24hrs prior to dinner.
