Waste of time - At first the company was very quick to respond and accommodate our trip which was awesome! Then we sent them a message (7am) the day of that our flight got delayed and we would be arriving a lot later than planned, they responded (8am) and said that would be no problem. Then at 9pm they responded that they would not be able to pick us up, if they would have told us that initially we would have made other arrangements no problem but they decided to wait until the end of the day when we couldn’t make any arrangements to inform us they couldn’t pick us up,
