No Complaints Everything Smooth - Followed the instructions received through WhatsApp, met with driver at airport and was waiting for me when it was time to head back to the airport 8:07am (I did give a heads-up to confirm everything was still on time / no delays). Great experience no complaints!

Great alternative for... - Great alternative for transportation to and from the airport in Cancun. Really good prices compared to regular taxis. Our driver was courteous and on time. Definitely recommend

Fantastic Experience - I had Miguel as a driver in an amazing cadillac Escalade and he was wonderful and so was the ride. Immaculate, clean amazing vehicle but also Miguel was very kind!!!! I would highly recommend yoh request him when needing a transfer from Cancun airport. On time and very service oriented.

Thank you, Roberto! - Roberto picked me up from the secrets moxche resort in playa del Carmen and took me to the airport. When i arrived at the front 10 minutes early, he was already there waiting for me and ready to go! Had great conversation in the car and felt very safe traveling alone as a female. Solid Service - Prebooked before arriving. Prompt shuttle service from the airport to the resort and from the resort to the airport. There was a slight delay at the airport due to our flight arriving 70 minutes late, so that was justified. For the shuttle back to the airport the driver arrived at scheduled time SHARP. Used them three times now while in Cancun and have had no issues each time.

ETRANSFERS CANCUN: SCAMMERS, DON'T FALL. - **SCAMMERS!!** DO NOT fall for this CRAP COMPANY, I should have seen the comments before, at the Cancun Airport apart from the fact that they want to charge you $1500 for a 10 minute ride, they convince you to pay for the return ticket to the airport. airport for another $900, and on the same day 20 minutes before they look for any excuse not to pick you up (it is more than obvious that it is their modus operandi, it was never in their plans to pick up) I have already read many comments that they do this and worse things to you. THEY SHOULD ERADICATE THIS PEST CALLED: ETRANSFERS, COMPANY crap.

Their website sucks, they don't respect their email confirmations and steal your money - the first time I booked online I requested an 11:25am pick up for a flight leaving at 2:15pm. The confirmation email stated the pick up time for 6:45pm - I canceled it and tried again...requesting an 11:25am pickup. The second time the email stated 11:25 am pickup so I confirmed. The driver arrived at 7 am! We said no, the pick up time was 11:25 and showed the email confirmation. then I called the office. They refused to send a van for our original requested time, insisting that it was our mistake. I asked for a supervisor and he too was rude and refused to send a van. We ended up just getting a normal Taxi . I will never use this grifter company again. CAUTION: Their website sets a random time and they won't respect the email confirmation time...they said "the email doesn't matter". Charged me $79 and wanted the same amount if we wanted another van. Dont trust these guys.
