Airport transfer to Tulum Hotel - Once our flight was cancelled into Tulum, we had to change our flight to Cancun airport. I found happy shuttle as a highly rated airport transfer, and was very pleased with the communication and timeliness of the company. Felt very comfortable and would use again!

Transportation to hotel - Every Happy Cancun employee we meet with was extremely friendly and considerate. They showed up on time and got us where we needed to go at half the cost of the hotels transportation options. I has one question while traveling and it was answered in seconds! Top notch customer service and will use again.

On time-dependable! - Fantastic experience, and everything went as planned. Pickups were right on time, if not a bit early, which was wonderful. I would definitely book with Happy Shuttle again.

Highly Recommend! 😎 - Safe and friendly drivers both ways. Finding them in the airport was easy even in the hustle and bustle. AC was roaring and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Great service from Great people - Dear Happy Shuttle
This is to the whole Happy Shuttle team from the Receptionist who took my first phone call to the drivers which were very polite and professional and to anyone working behind the scene. The Hooker family would like to say thanks to all for what they done to help with our transportation from Cancun airport to Bahia Principe in Tulum and then back to the airport. Everything went as planned. On time with great service. Something that most services advertise but can't deliver on. It really meant a lot to me that I didn't have to worry about because I knew that your team had my back.

Very reliable - We used their service twice while visiting the all inclusive resorts and they have provided great service every time. Easy to find them at the airport, timely arrival and employees are very professional. The drivers are courteous and drive very safely to your destination.

Great communication and easily accommodated very early pick up times - We booked private round trip transportation from the Cancun airport to our resort in Riviera Maya. Our return trip to the airport was very early due to our earlier flights. The communication with this company was fantastic and they were able to accommodate our very early pick up from our resort. The van was clean and comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of 4 with luggage. We would certainly book with them again!

Good experience, apart from the shakedown for extra cash. - Turned up on time, the transfers were comfortable and drivers friendly and helpful.
However I was left disappointed overall by the experience due to them making things difficult for us on the outward leg, and would not use them again or recommend them.
We arrived in Cancun late in the day, so decided to stay in an airport hotel (Hyatt Place, excellent) and booked transfers from there for the following morning. I booked this a few weeks in advance.
On the night we arrived I received an email from happy shuttles demanding I pay an extra £75 for the hotel pickup (10 mins from airport). This was over 30% on top of the price I'd already paid.
We instead opted to use the hotel's free shuttle service to get back to the airport (dropped at arrivals) with all our luggage.
This was disappointing on many levels, and felt like a shakedown for more cash after I'd paid the agreed price. It was a private transfer, so hard to see why pickup from an airport hotel should be so much more expensive. They had weeks to ask for this extra charge, but left it until the last moment so I couldn't cancel and book elsewhere.

Disappointing service, No Communication - Our experience was highly disappointing. After calling in advance to let Happy Shuttle know we would be late and having our excursion guide also contact Happy Shuttle and he was told that the driver would wait for us. Despite that communication, the driver left just few minutes before we arrived at the meeting point.
After proactively communicating our situation and being assured through our execution guide after his outreach that the driver would wait, we were left without transportation and without any notification.
We were forced to find alternative transportation. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. There was no WhatsApp message, text, or phone call letting us know that the driver had arrived, that we were being waited for, or that the driver was leaving. We only learned that the driver had left from a local person who told us that a van had been waiting in the parking lot and had departed just before we arrived.
Even after reaching out post the experience there is a lack of accountability from Happy Shuttle for there complete miscommunication on the driver waiting, it is all our fault, and no willingness to even consider any position of a reimbursement.
