Great value! - Excellent service! Waiting for me even though the flight was late. Clean van. Very nice driver and greeter. Price was phenomenal since we were far away from airport

SCAMMERS - If I could leave 0 stars, I would!!!!!!! This is not a real company!!!! Beware!!!!! They stole my money and left me stranded alone at the Cancun Airport! Nobody contacted me. Nobody was able to contact them. They have some fake customer service phone number to call. It automatically hangs up on you! Viator should not have allowed this “company” to advertise on their site! It makes Viator look bad. It’s flat out stealing! Viator should be held responsible because there is no other way to get your money back from this “company”. I had to pay $160 for a taxi to get to my destination!!!!! Bad way to start off my vacation.

Stay away! This company was a no show and did not answer the phone while my wife and I were stranded at the airport. The - Viator should do a better job vetting the company's they promote. We only trust them because the advertise them. Many of these companies are unsavory to say the least.
