Great transport company - The driver picked us up right outside of the airport doors where they told us ahead of time. A nice man with our name on a sign. To and from trips were easy easy and worth every penny.

Although we had to wait a... - Although we had to wait a few minutes for the driver to come to the airport it was not a big deal. Frank was our driver to apply to Carmen. He stopped for us free of charge at a pharmacy. He was very nice and punctual, the van was clean and roomy. I would use them again.

Never receive contact after they receive your money - Had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle from cancun airport to Playa del Carman ferry terminal Wasn’t even an E-transfer van. Don’t think they expected us. Apparently the driver was in such a hurry to get back to another customer he dropped us off 5 bocks away down some side street. My wife has mobility issues so dragging 2 large suitcases and carry on through cobble streets was a nightmare. We cancelled the return trip right away still haven’t received refund. Impossible to get a reply. Cost a little more for taxis but worth every penny Never had and issue with airport shuttles before but won’t use any again

Poor service, no contact routes and no response. - I had to advance the initial booking schedule, for transportation from Playa del Carmen to Cancun Airport. For 3 days I tried to communicate by chat, mail, whatsapp and phone to all the contacts indicated in the reservation, without having any answer by any means. I manage to update the schedule on the web, and I get a confirmation email with the new scheduled schedule. Turns out they didn't make it to that time. We're three older people waiting in the sun. When I manage to contact me by chat after much work, they indicate that the schedule that was settled was the initial, but that they were already 15 minutes from the destination. Finally again those 15 minutes were not fulfilled, and not only did they not reach the rescheduled schedule, but they arrived 20 minutes later than the initial schedule. The driver tells us that he had the ride 10 minutes before he arrived. The truth is that we hired him because when we arrived it worked without problem, but it was terrible service when it came to the return to the airport, and twice as expensive as taking a taxi on the street. For the next one we will take it into account.

Awful communication terrible drivers - This company has absolutely terrible communication and customer service. We needed to push back our ride to the Cancun airport from the hotel. Messaged them 5 times on WhatsApp a few days before. Then tried to call them. Didn’t hear back. They showed up at the original time and demanded we paid extra. We told them no. Finally agreed but the driver kept saying we were behind schedule and was in a huge hurry. He drove incredibly fast and we were quite uncomfortable. I would highly suggest other transportation options

Total scam - worst experience ever - Very bad experience on landing in Cancun. Customer service was terrible. We had made the booking 2 weeks ahead of time, made the full payment, shared the GPS location and address of the hotel which clearly said Playa Del Carmen. Being asked to pay an additional $50 once your agent met us was not expected. If there was an issue with distance, we should have been informed when we provided the address, not at the time of pick up. The agent Ivan Angel was disrespectful, gave us conflicting information several times & insisted on cash payment in USD for the balance amount, even after we agreed to pay it and refused to accept credit card even though his colleague said card payment was ok. He was focused on antagonizing us at this point and not on resolving the issue. After waiting for an hour, after meeting Ivan, the van was finally provided. (Had booked through Viator & the viator agent was of no help either) Worst experience ever

No driver, we ended up paying more for a taxi - We had a reservation to get from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Playa del Carmen the afternoon of Dec. 31, prepaid. Pre-trip communication was good, but when we arrived we waited and waited. Finally, after an hour (rather than the "within 20 min" advertised), we were told they had a driver for us but could we share with another couple going to Playcar since they were short on drivers. We agreed. They escorted us to meet our driver and the escort disappeared for about 10 min, then came back with another company representative who told us other travelers had taken our ride and we would have to wait again, they had no idea for how long, probably at least another hour. We finally ended up taking a taxi for twice the price, but at least we got to our hotel to start our vacation! The company was good about refunding our entire trip (I was not going to trust them for the return after this experience, so we booked alternative transportation through our hotel), but it was very disappointing and frustrating to spend the first 1.5 hours of our vacation standing in the hot sun at the airport wondering if we would ever get to our hotel. They should not take reservations if they cannot guarantee having enough drivers to fulfill services in a reasonable time-frame.

No show and no refund! - I booked an airport transfer using Viator. The driver and service never showed up and left us stranded. Even worse when I requested a refund they rejected my refund request. I would not be booking anything with Viator since they are a company that will take your money and not offer you the service. I am a patient person and a simple refund for the service that was never provided not only makes sense but rights the wrong.

Left without shuttle - Avoid this company we booked a pick from hotel with flight info for 7pm and they sent a confirmation w time. They then stated it was supposed to be military time but confirmation did not state am or pm and basically said we missed shuttle and good luck. Still fighting for money back
