Excellent 3am transfer from Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen - Taxis, rental cars, and shuttles all have potential for sketchy situations in Cancun. We booked this last-minute, as our flight was delayed 15h and we were to land at 3am, after the last ADO bus which we had initially intended to take. We were able to pay by credit card before our flight even left America, so the only on-the-ground cost was the tip, which we gave in USD. While not cheap, they were professional, communicative, clearly explained where they would be waiting for us, took our bags, and got us safely to our lodgings in Playa Del Carmen at 4am. The shuttle van was clean and had water, soda, and cerveza he said (not sure the details on that, since we had none). I would recommend this if you are unable to take the ADO bus, or need a private transfer in the middle of the night (many private companies do not work late night, or they need 24-48hrs notice to do so).

Relible ! - Last year (Dec. , 2022) I asked "Mayan Heaven" to pick us up from CUN to PdelC. They failed to meet me (documented) On my way back to CUN (Febr. 2023) I hired Viator - excellent choice! Driver arrived 30 min earlier (Playacar, Phase 1) ! Friendly ,good, smooth trip! Next year I will hire the company, round trip Alex, Canada

No issues - Booked the cheaper option then started to read reviews and got worried. But only waited about 15 minutes before the driver arrived. There was someone waiting for me and updating me as I waited. I had no issues other than some texts weren’t answered before I made it out of the airport.

too smaller car for us all - there were 4 adults, 2 children and 5 large suitcases crammed into a medium size 7 seater Kia car. 2 suitcases on the front seat. 40 mile approx journey, 1 hour of travelling. NOT IMPRESSED

Had to wait 45 minutes after our confirmed pick up time for a driver to arrive. - We had to wait 45 minutes after our confirmed pickup time to get picked up. At first we were told it would only be 10-15min for a driver to come, but that was not the case. When we asked for explanation, we were given the runaround. At the end of the trip I went to tip the driver 1 USD (due to having to wait so lon), he took it then gave it back to me saying 1 USD is nothing to him and he didn’t need it. I told him it’s because we had to wait so long, he said he only comes when he is told to. So I think there is poor management from the company.

Never showed up!!! - Rate it a 0!! Waited 90 minutes and nobody showed up to pick us up and never answerd the phone. Had to take a taxi and pay another $200 for round trip transportation.

No ride, cheated out of $80 - Do not use eTransfers in Cancun or trust them with your credit card as they are disorganized and essentially fraudulent. My young children, wife, and I recently booked a ride a week in advance from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. Upon arrival, we proceeded to the agent as instructed only to learn they did not have our reservation. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company through the provided Whatsapp number, neither the agent nor I were able to contact the desk. After 15 minutes of being stranded in the heat with my two young children and wife, they still could not produce a taxi let alone confirmation of my prepayment and right to a taxi. They then said we would be treated as a walk on, with an additional delay of 15 minutes *if* they confirmed our payment, which they hadn't done yet. We opted for an alternative taxi service, costing us $120 USD as a direct consequence of eTransfers' failure to produce a taxi as promised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund for the trip, I initially got an OK but got the run around later. Eventually their customer service stated that I was not eligible for a refund, citing that their staff did not deny me any service. We are out $80 even though they agree there was no taxi ride to Playa Del Carmen. I hope this review dissuades anyone from using them or trusting them with your credit card. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Very unreliable…don’t care if they strand 3 women alone at Cancun Airport (one in a wheelchair) at 3 am ! - We had a shuttle arranged for pick up at airport at 145 am today in Cancun. We called and texted and emailed but no driver showed up. There was no one anywhere at Terminal 4 from your company. One of my passengers was handicapped in a wheelchair! We waited too long and missed the 230 am ADO bus. We ended up paying 4000 pesos to a taxi instead because the driver did not arrive. The airport was closing. We left the terminal finally at 3:15 am. At 4:17 am, a driver texted me to ask me to contact him when I arrive ?? I have 3 emails that confirmed you knew pick up time was 145 am so a message 2.5 hours later is useless. I expect a full refund immediately as the promised service was not provided. I also think you should refund for the cost of the private taxi of 4000 pesos. This is the 3rd attempt using E-transfer and each time you have failed to deliver, without apology or any attempt to resolve. Kathy MacDonald
