Our welcoming team consists of seasoned experts and specialists dedicated to each activity. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, a guide will accompany you throughout the tour, providing a brief orientation for novice swimmers.

• The Hampton Inn Hotel is the last point from Cancun area which we can provide pickup
• For Parasailing the weight limit is 180 Kg. Either alone or accompanied (maximum 3 people).
• The minimum age to be part of parasail activity is for 10 years old
• Tour subject to weather conditions
• Important: You must to know the total duration are 3 hours with transportations.
• Minimum age for a parasailing combo is 10 years old. Children cannot ride a wave runner.
• Must be reserved by even number, it can not be reserved by odd number.
• 5 usd locker deposit will be return after you finish your activities
• Life vest is mandatory to use.
• It is mandatory that clients do not have heart problems, physical limitations and/or recent surgery to do this tour.
