- Solo Buceo Cancun - This Diving Experience is done on the same day & No prior diving experience required
Join us at 11:00 am for check-in.
At 11:15 we will start the PADI Discovery Scuba Diving lesson with one of our certified PADI Diving Instructors. We go first with the theory part and around noon we jump in the pool for quick practice.
By 1:00 pm we are ready to go, we set up your equipment on the boat and get you ready for this amazing experience.
After a 20-minute boat ride we get inside the Federal Protected Area where the Underwater Museum MUSA is located, we get ready and jump in the water.
We do the first dive in MUSA at 30 ft deep, where we are able to see how the coral has been growing in the statues for the last decade forming new life in the area.
After the first dive, come back on board, switch tanks and get ready for our second dive
The second dive is at Manchones reef at 30 ft, where we are able to see the amazing reef and dive it for another 45 minutes!
Back in the shop around 4:30 pm.

MUSA, Cancun’s Underwater Museum, provides an ideal setting for your initial dive. Its clear waters and minimal depth form optimum conditions for those new to scuba diving, with a depth of just 30ft. (10 Metres).
The MUSA endeavour in Cancun is a tremendously fruitful preservation project, pioneering in its kind. To sustain the natural reefs, local and federal authorities, in collaboration with local dive shops, submerged over 400 statues to construct an artificial reef; following which, the Manchones reef restored more than 40% of its innate splendour.
We blend two of Cancun’s finest activities, Diving and exploring the renowned Underwater Museum (MUSA).
You don’t need to be PADI certified to participate in this extraordinary adventure. A brief course can onboard you for the journey.
