Terminal 4’s lounge is fitted with shower facilities and sleeping pods (depending on availability) while Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 offer a smoking area (depending on availability).

Friendly service - Food and drinks were wonderful. Staff and service went above and beyond, they were walking around and refilling drinks. Very friendly and helpful. Reserving it advance was the way to go.

Buy the Pass Before You Go - Definitely recommend purchasing this pass! There was a long line to get in. And I was able to skip people with credit card lounge access because I purchased in advanced.

Great airport lounge - The lounge is very well maintained and pristine. The food was tasty and we had a very attentive bartender, Jose. My favorite was the natural juices served during breakfast. Would highly recommend.

love airport lounges but like Terminal 4 the best ! - we booked the one in terminal 3 for us it was not as good as the one in Terminal 4 we tried in September this was much smaller and less food selections but it was still very good and people came and went so you did eventually get really good seating. It was constantly full and a bit noisy. I am vegan and found good food choices. it was more self serve the one in terminal 4 was way bigger with sleeping pods, more food options, service and they make drinks for you. definitely book online before you go.

Great Experience - More relaxing, good experience. Food and drink were great and they were able to have food for guests with food allergies.
This was a live saver - last minute reservation due to 3 hr flight delay

Great place to rest - With a three hour wait for our flight, we really enjoyed the quite time in the Lounge! The servers did a great job to ensure we were taken care of. The food was not what we expected, but the homemade sangria was delicious. We will definitely visit again!

poor food - The food selection was turkey sandwich little to no meat or cheese, almost all cold food buffet mainly salad. Only two bathrooms per male/female for over a lot of folks. Unless you are a big drinker I would say get. hot meal at restaurants with way way more selections.

Joel Derulo (Cancun lounge experience) - I have a black card & was also flying 1st class & they told me that I have to wait 1hr to get in. Meaning they would not Allow me to get in until I was actually boarding my flight.. unrealistic (worst lounge I’ve ever encountered)
