Wasted Day - You're a captive audience and they treat you like one. The food was the worst food I've ever had traveling (and I love the food in Mexico), the tours (supposedly 1 hour) were ~20 minutes of information + 40 minutes of walking followed by 60 minutes of "free time", the cenote was a sad little fixture in the back of their dining area, the dude at the actual booking site was rude. Basically you're paying for bus rides - either book with another company, or just get an ADO bus and hire a tour guide at the sites; you'll have a MUCH better experience.
