Fun adventure - Loved this place it was amazing , & they were very friendly ! Papi Cholo (Arturo) and jaguar were our tour guides , the food was really good as well….

Great - The service was great. All of the true guys were polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend do this again. That was my favorite part.

Roaaarrr !! - We really enjoyed the experience. The people were funny, extremely friendly and welcoming. The site was secure and beautiful. The food was also very good. We have nothing but good memories of the trip and recommend it to you. We were supervised by Jaguar and Arturo and it was really great !!

Highlight of our vacation! - We had such a great time today! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer! We felt so at ease despite it being our first time zip lining and my husbands first time horseback riding. My husband has Parkinson’s and our main guide was amazing and attentive. Lunch was delicious! This was the highlight of our trip! Thank you!!

Fun family adventure - Great experience. They picked us up from the hotel, Angel and Mario were awesome tour guides, spoke English and Spanish. My family enjoyed all the activities and the lunch was delicious with option to purchase more food/drinks. There was a place to change by the cenote which I wish we'd known about so we didn't wear our swim suits the whole day. Only disappointment was all the extra costs...face covers recommended for the ATVS (probably not necessary), locker rental, pictures were expensive, $60 per person for all the photos from ATVS and ziplining (we opted out of purchasing), it would've been nice if at least one was included.

Amazing place with amazing service! - We were served with a good quality of all those activities! They also provided us a lunch adapting to our vegan restrictions and that what so appreciated! I would recommend 100%. The cenote is something not to miss and I will always remember it! The people were really nice too!

DO IT!!! - Arturo was AMAZING! Best guide ever! My friends and I had a great time. The ATVs, the tequila, the zip lines, all of it was just perfect!

Will not return - ATVs were fun when they were working. Girlfriend’s ran out of gas within minutes of leaving so gas was siphoned out of tour guide’s. Replacement came further down the trail. My ATV kept shutting off then they finally showed me how to restart it myself. One time ATV wouldn’t go forward and I went rolling back down hill…I was left so took few minutes for tour guides to come back. The extra tire feel off front of ATV and ATV rolled over it and I got stuck waiting for help again. Overall, it was frustrating experience when 6 out of 12 riders had problems with their ATVs. Previous ATV excursions included ATVs that worked well, Finally finished and made it back to go to Cenote and was then was told now we have to wait until other people go zip lining. We did not sign up for zip lining, didn’t book with other groups and was not told we would be stuck sitting around waiting on other people from van to finish activities they signed up for. Would not let just me ride with the group that was leaving for Cenote when we got done with ATV. Guide told us that morning there were 3 different Cenotes we would be going to. Finally got on different truck to ride to Cenotes, which was another 15 min drive at least. Went to the cliff Cenote first…jumped and swam, which was amazing. Asked where the other two are and when are we moving on to the next one and was told it was only 1. Again had to wait for others to horseback ride then come to Cenote before we could leave. Loaded up and went back for “lunch” which ended up being 3 tacos cooked on propane that blew smoke all in our faces. Had to wait again before loading up to head back. Entire time they kept asking for tips and wanted us to spend more money. Absolutely not getting another dollar from us after they charged for insurance for ATVs and to use locker. They drove us out to the jungle with no other place to leave our belongings then charged for the locker. Again not something I’ve had to pay for before with other companies in Mexico and other countries. I don’t know if they always have a gold digger vibe or if they ramp it up for spring break, but I didn’t like to appreciate it.
