Great day - We had a very nice day with the guide Christian. He showed us good how the boat works and went snorkeling with us.

Definitely recommend!! - Flash is an amazing tour guide! The boats are very fun. Snorkeling at the reef is an experience I recommend to groups of all sizes.

Speed Boat Fun - The experience was amazing! Romel was a great and informative guide! My fiancé and I really enjoyed driving the speed boat and snorkeling. They gave us some tacos and juice at the end as well

Great experience!! - Amazing day!! So much fun, our tour guides Tony and Flash we're wonderful! The boats were a lot of fun, the Mayan ceremony and dance was a beautiful experience and we got to see a sea turtle while snorkeling. I highly recommend if you're looking for a quick little trip away from the resort. Also the Mayan snack was delicious!!! Thank you for a wonderful day of memories.

Boats and Fishies - Captain Enrique is the best. Great show, snorkel, and boat rides. The reef was great and they provided safe and clean gear.

So fun! - Such a fun adventure! I didn’t think we’d be driving the speedboats through open water, only through the mangroves, but we did, and it was so fun! I was giggling the whole time. The snorkeling was magnificent too. We saw stingray, a massive barracuda and so many other beautiful fish. Our guide Romel did a great job explaining how to drive the boats and the “snorkel” signals to keep the group safe. I would definitely do this again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend - We booked a boat and snorkeling tour at Puerto Maya Cancun, and it was a disaster from the start. Our guide, Rommel, was incredibly rude and disrespectful just because we were struggling to drive the boat — it was our first time and the waves were rough, but instead of helping, he acted annoyed and belittled us.
When we complained to the manager, they refused to acknowledge the issue or even offer a basic apology, he also rudely said “do what ever you want and write a negative review”!!
To make things worse, the “lunch” they promised was nothing more than a few snacks tossed on a table.
Unprofessional, unfriendly, and not worth your time or money. Avoid Puerto Maya Cancun.
