Fernando the best tour guide - Fernando our tour guide is the best. He explains well how to drive the speed boat, he showed us the best spot to snorkel. He is the most awesome guide throughout our vacation, the best of the best.

You won’t regret it - Flash was an excellent guide on our boat ride and snorkeling adventure. The wind in our hair, the speed, and the ability to drive our own boat was amazing. The Mayan meal was fresh and delicious. This was an amazing experience, and we will be back.

Must do - Experience is very good! Must do. Fernando is our captain and he did an excellent job. We don’t know swimming and Fernando helped us and made us comfortable in water. Eventually we did snorkeling the entire time!!!

Speed boat tour - Flash our guide was great he even helped us with our 6 year old daughter when me and my wife were tired while doing the snorkeling. Great experience!

Flash is the best - Flash was a great help during snorkeling with my 5 year old sister when my parents got to tired to help her. The ride there and back was an amazing experience

Great tour great experience bad instructor - Overall the experience for Mayan ceremony, driving the boat and snorkeling is great, the only reason we deduced a point is because of the instructor. We are not great swimmers and also are not trained to get on boats from water. The pulling out of water seems rough from instructor, Didn’t ask or support just pulled out roughly, ended up breaking my lanyard throwing my phone in the water. I was able to recover it though. For my wife the instructor ended up punching her in the face accidentally while pulling her out of water and did not even apologize or acknowledge it. I understand this is a daily thing for them but they need to understand that tourists may not have same capabilities. If our instructor were better understanding we would have given 5 points. The only reason not mentioning his name is to avoid issues with his job.
