Very good experience - A very pleasant experience. Our guide Jocelyn explained everything to us perfectly, giving us to try various types of tequila. She has been very friendly and friendly at all times, and at the time of the sale she has been very respectful, without insistence and offering us what we could be most interested in. They gave us a pendant with our initial in the Mayan alphabet, but since we are two he told us that he gave us another. Tequila bottles are expensive for what we are used to in Spain, but it must be said that they are very good quality gourmet products. It is very worth it, highly recommended.

A nice experience, it is super fast the tours. - A well-expressed tour to know some iconic parts of downtown Cancun. The super friendly guides. One plus that I appreciate is that they took me to buy some things from a place that was not scheduled on the tour.

Great half day sightseeing, souvenirs and Cancun’s true history! - Great afternoon to see some of the sights and try some Mexican delicacies. Lovely tour guide, Cami, and Alessandro, driver, were helpful and attentive guiding the afternoon seamlessly. Opportunities to get some lovely souvenirs too! And finishing at the Maya Museum was an eye opening history lesson about the foundations of this beautiful country. Highly recommend this tour.

Great tour, professional... - Great tour, professional driver and tour guide. Shopping included souvenirs, jewelery store / factory, and restaurant. The Mayan Museum was under construction, but we saw most of the exhibits (August 2025)

Taste of Cancun - Jerry was our tour guide and Freddy was our driver; they did a great job! We feel we got a taste of Cancun for a reasonable price.

Not bad - No refreshments were offered on a very hot day. The tequila tasting was great. The museum was hot and exhausting for the kids and we had to stay in the bus. The tacos at Mexico Magico were good and food was delicious. One recommendation would be to take visitors to a town where they can walk around and sample food on their own rather than organized vendors.

This experience was most... - This experience was most definitely not worth the money. We could have easily ubered to all of the sights and payed significantly less money for the same, if not better experience. The tour is not what we expected and was not that interesting. They basically just drop you off at all the sights and leave you to explore on your own. Overall, would not recommend. I would advise you to research popular tourists sights to see on your own rather than doing it through this company.

Tourist Trap! Do Not Book! - Warning: Do Not Book This Excursion – It’s a Tourist Trap Trust me READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! This is a scam. The store owners hire drivers, charging $55 per person, to pick you up and take you only to their two stores and their restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with cold stares that make you feel like prey. They immediately tell you not to take any pictures a huge red flag. But I sneaked and took a photo anyway just in case something happened. Inside, they pressure you to buy expensive jewelry and souvenirs, following you around and asking personal questions like where are you from, how long are you staying, and when are you leaving Mexico. That alone made me very uneasy. They even give you a so-called “Mayan” pendant with your “initial,” but it’s just fake silver with a random symbol that isn’t part of the Mayan alphabet. The “taco tasting” was the only decent part , the tacos were good , but the entire staff (including the owner/manager) stood around silently watching us eat. There was absolutely no one else in the restaurant or stores, just the two of us, (we booked a group tour) which was another major red flag. Even though it was advertised as “all you can eat tacos,” we felt so uncomfortable being stared at every single bite that we ate a few and left. After that, they told us the tour was over. We were also told to pay $16 in tips. The waiter was polite, so we didn’t mind tipping, but even he stared at us the entire time we were eating. The whole thing lasted about two hours when it was supposed to be four. There was no sightseeing, no museums, no history of Cancun nothing that was promised. They only took us to the Cancun sign to take a photo, no other sightseeing. We paid $110 for two people and left feeling scammed, intimidated, and unsafe. After leaving my review, I actually became frightened and begged Viator to take it down because I didn’t want any trouble with them coming back to my hotel. That’s how unsettling this experience was. Mexico is unfortunately not safe for Americans right now, and this “excursion” makes it even more dangerous. Please don’t waste your money or risk your safety. Any positive reviews must be from the workers themselves.
