Amazing service - The crew was excellent. Definitely worth the little higher cost for this particular experience as opposed to the $40-$70 options.

Luxurious sailing adventure - We booked the Nalgone for a four hour sailing and snorkeling experience on 10/5/2023 in the afternoon. It was FANTASTIC! The snorkeling was exceptional with amazing sea life. The guide and captain were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Service was 5 star! We were 6 adults and honestly, while the boat can fit 13, I think it is best suited for 10 or less... it just would be more comfortable that way. Again, excellent operation, great staff, beautiful boat.

Could have been better - This tour was fairly good and the boat was comfortable but I have a few complaints. We did the Privilege tour on Feb 7, 2024 @ noon. The ride over to the island was nice, it was relaxing, the drinks were fine and served as much as you want. The snack options could have been better though for the price paid - only whole apples (a pain to eat) or small donuts were offered. The buffet on the island was pretty low quality food, but I wasn't too much surprised about that as it was a mass operation to feed hundreds of people. On the way back to Cancun in the afternoon, everyone on the boat was very tired from being on the island for over 4 hours, everyone was chilled out trying to relax, but the boat crew were playing very loud and obnoxious music, dancing and yelling, trying to give people shots of tequila, but no one was interested, many people looked annoyed because everyone just wanted to relax with relaxing music. The crew really needs to change their behavior depending on the guests. Sometimes the boat may have a lot of people with energy wanting to party and dance with loud music, but in the case with our boat, it was very very annoying and the crew either did not care, or were just oblivious to this. After all that annoying stuff, the main crew woman gave a long guilt-ridden speech about tipping and how they live on tips and do not get paid otherwise. And she was specifically putting pressure on Americans and Canadians to tip because she knows they are from tipping cultures. I just thought it was extremely tacky to beg so much. ALSO, I do have a huge problem with the fact that she was either lying about them not getting paid other than tips, or if she was not lying, this company does not pay their crew, yet charges an exorbitant amount of money for this trip on which you only get poor quality food and drinks. I am more apt to think she was lying to try to get people to tip more. The ride back from the boat to Playa del Carmen took an excruciating 2 hours due to evening traffic. The van was extremely cramped, less leg room than a budget airline and one guy even had to sit on the floor because they booked too many people in our van, again they need to do better. It was not a completely terrible trip but I would not do it again, and would try to find a better company.

Nice Day - We had fun. The snorkeling was less time than I thought it would be and there were not many reefs, although we saw fish. Our tour guide was great and all of the other attendants were polite and helpful.

Not worth thr extra expense. Catamaran was no better than any other. - Not worth the extra money. Drinks were average at best but more importantly you can get the same trip on any boat for less money. They say 7 hours but ours was over 9 hours with at least 3 of them on the Isla Mujeres which for us was way to long.

Don't waste your money - We were so excited about this trip! We went with another couple and were planning on using this company for a chartered Catamaran trip in May for our wedding. I am SO thankful that we tried them before booking them for the wedding celebration because I would have been very disappointed! We booked the "Privilege Experience" and were told that we would snorkel and then go to the island for 90 minutes where we had unlimited food and drinks and then the boat would pick us up again and take us to the other side of the island where we could snorkel and swim some more. That is NOT what happened! We were picked up at our hotel and then stopped at FIVE other hotels an hour and a half later, we finally arrived at the marina. We did go snorkeling - for about 15 minutes. It was VERY crowded and we were told to hang on the the rope and stay with the group. We did see fish, but no reef and it was basically like swimming in the ocean. We got back on the boat and were dropped off at the island for FOUR HOURS! We could not stay at the beach club so we were forced to walk into town to get something to drink or eat if we were still hungry. We did see the boat come back - they had another group of people. The company had double booked the boat and went back to pick up another group, which is why they left us on the island for so long. When they finally let us back on the boat they were quick to try and sell us the pictures they took (they were good pictures), gave us one watered-down drink and dropped us back off at the marina (they had to get back to Isla to pick up the second group) I felt very sorry for the crew. They were awesome and it wasn't their fault that the company double booked them! I would STRONGLY recommend not using this company! If you want to spend time on Isla Mujeres, take the ferry. It is way cheaper and you can leave when you want to!

Horrible experience! Far from a privilege service! - We were supposed to snorkel and then go to the island for 90 minutes and then go to the other side of the island. Instead they dropped us off for over 4 hours with no where to go because they made us leave the beach club after 90 minutes. It was almost like they were forcing us to spend more money on golf carts and Al la cart food and drinks. The crew was wonderful, very courteous and helpful but they double booked the trip! This was far from a privilege trip!!! We will never make this mistake again!

Waste if money - Catamaran was over crowded. The person selling us the tour said it the beaches were the most beautiful in the area. Ummmm no. They were overcrowded and nothing special. We could not snorkel due to high winds. We were NOT compensated for not being able to do this. Buffet was a joke. Overcrowded. Understaffed. We left without eating. Not worth the price. Should have taken a ferry there.
