Amazing Jungle tour and Cenotes swim/zipline - We had a great day for a family of four! Our guide, Pablo, was very helpful and the experience was super easy and fun! Later during the week, we also did the cenotes and zip line experience. This was the best day ever. Our tour guide, Jesse, was very informative, lively, and nice to be around. We loved it!

Great few hours - Really enjoyed this experience and for the quality of the few hours was relatively cheap. Myself and my 5 year old daughter went. I was very apprehensive about driving the boat but after a couple of minutes started to really enjoy the experience. Pablo our guide was fantastic and had a floating ring for my daughter which he looked after so I could have a bit of time to enjoy snorkelling I know some reviews have said about the cost of pictures and video footage but to be honest all of the places we visited had souvenir pictures/videos around this price.

Perfect excursion for a couple of hours - My wife and I really enjoyed the “jungle” tour with snorkeling. There’s really no jungle, but it was neat to drive your own boat through the mangroves. The snorkeling was much better than what I was expecting. We saw a lot of corals and tropical reef fish for about 40 minutes and then headed back.

what's not to love - took bus to aquaworld terminus, then was instructed how to drive the boat etc and were given the keys followed our lovely guide Omar to a lovely reef full of exotic fish where we then snorkelled for a good 30 - 45 mins then we had a great drive back through the jungle canals , worth the money would def recommend

An experience you have to try at least once! - It was exceptional, and my sister that is blind tagged along with us and it was amazing for her. I highly recommend this excursion.

Jungle Tour - We had an amazing adventure with Manuel. Our 11 year old had a great time seeing all of the fish and snorkeling. The boats were a great addition to the trip. We snorkeled in a large roped off area, to keep boats out. Manuel showed us the statue then we had free time snorkeling around at our own pace.

Great time with Aqua world on Jungle Tour - Awesome tour with Manuel. Great excursion that doesn't take up a whole day.... 2 hours on the water and about 30 to 45 minutes of that was snorkeling. The snorkel area was great, tons of fish things to see, and we were free to explore in our area. Manuel took us on a different route on the way back and we got to see some great views that we weren't able to see on the way to the snorkel area. Totally worth the cost.

Fun trip where you do something not just watch - A great well organised and fun trip. Check in and tour from Miguel "Mike" was great. Clear instructions on driving the boat for novices. The tour was fun just navigating the mangroves, lagoon and Carribean sea. Snorkeling is off the boats and although we did not do it the guide will ensure you can get back aboard which can be a little tricky unaided.

Fun little 2 hour excursion - Had a great couple hours on this tour. The family enjoyed themselves very much. Fun little boat ride through the lagoon and mangroves out to the reef for a snorkel. Snorkel site was decent. Not a lot of life, beyond a few varieties of tropical fish. If you’ve never snorkel’d or scuba you would enjoy it just fine. The boats could use a bit of a refresh In the searing. But with the amount of tours these companies do, they get used and abused. Wasn’t anything that hinders the experience. Many people have left bad reviews. Not sure what they expect. This is a quick , fun, two hour cheap excursion. You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a deluxe snorkeling trip on a nice boat or Catamaran with beers and lunch after. Then book that. But this was a fun little 2 hour mid day excursion that my kids enjoyed and they are teenagers. Overall good experience.

Waste of time, unprofessional staff, unorganized event - Horrible customer service. If you are reading the reviews to help you decide to book, please save yourself a trouble and do not do it. Staff are very unprofessional. They love to say the waiting is 5 minutes but it’s never five minutes it was a minimum of 30 minutes. For the shuttle experience, we waited for the other guests (an ugly couple) who got drunk the night before and on the way back the same people who made us late asked the driver to stop on a f*****g domino and the driver did it without asking us, if it’s okay. We waited for another 40 mins. When we arrived to the pier they said the waiting was 5 mins, no it was one hr. And there is no instructions nor notification of what’s happening, they didn’t even tell us that we have to check-in. And lastly on the way back, when everybody was dead tired already, the shuttles were not there waiting, even after 30 mins of boat ride back and they could’ve coordinated it already, it is another wait. This whole sh*t show is a waste of time. I rarely do reviews but I am doing it for the sake of the other people that may suffer the same we did.
