Isla Mujeres day trip - It was windy the day we went but that was no one’s fault we still made it out snorkeling!! We were on the boat Dos, and our guide Gustavo, and the rest of the crew were awesome!! They explained everything we needed to do and when and were to meet! I would definitely book with this boat and crew again

Highly recommend taking this trip and if your return trip is in the evening, you’ll enjoy the most beautiful sunset!!! - I can’t say enough good things about are excursion on the Marathon!! The crew, the views, and the drinks were beyond any expectations I could have imagined. Truly feel blessed to have taken this trip with friends and this crew.

Amazing trip to Isla Mujeres - The views were amazing. Crew was amazing. Was a very thoughtful and perfect trip to and from the Isla Mujeres. Would recommend Manuel IV boat and the crew to everyone.

Relaxed and Fun - We had a good time. 4 of us had the entire boat to ourselves. Snorkeling was ok. Saw some fish. Saw a turtle and a stingray. Full food and drink on the boat. Isla was cool. We rented a golf cart for 2 hours and rode around. Was a great way to see the island. On the way back we just relaxed and soaked up the sun. I got to drive the boat for 30 mins as well. Great time for us. Very relaxed and felt like it was our own private tour. Our female tour guide was great!

Need to get organized - This company was recommended by the resort. Pick up went easily. After arrival a 45 minute wait to board. Once onboard the service was excellent. The staff worked hard to supply water, soda, and cocktails. The lunch was good. However boarding and unboarding was nothing but chaos and extremely disorganized. Transportation back to the hotel was ridiculous. Had to approach each van on two different levels many without the driver at them to find which van was going to your hotel. No one person could direct you. Overall the drivers didn’t care to help. The vans had no indication on them where they were going. Will not use this company again and do t recommend it because of the chaos with boardings and unboarding.

Spend your time and money elsewhere - Not sure how this rates 4.5. Have booked catamaran tours many times-Costa rica,Jamaica, Cabo, Punta Cana-this doesn’t even compare. Cattle call to check in, took an hour from arrival to get on boat. Had to immediately get life jackets for snorkeling which was 5 mins after taking off and also a cattle call and worst snorkeling. Then to isle Mujeres, over paid for golf cart to a so called Mayan ruin. Then off to other side of island to go to beach. Do not book this tour-staff was so-so but not nearly as friendly as past experiences. Honestly felt like we wasted a day of vacation.

Don’t book! It’s not a relaxing experience. - We bought this trip from a vendor named Kevin (Alfa & Omega tours) at Market 28. We negotiated 60 per person. I was asked to put a deposit of 60 and pay the remaining 60 at the marina. He mentioned a marine life conservation fee of 20, but didn’t say per person. I texted him later on the day and asked about transportation. He answered hours later saying it was not included, so my friend and I took the red bus. We get to the marina and when we complained they said we either lost our $60 deposit or we pay the $100 to go on the trip. We were with kids and about 40 people in total. Once on the boat they gave us watered down drinks (cocktails). We did snorkeling for a little bit but they did not provide flippers and it was difficult to swim. Also, not many fish to see. We were then taken to the island to shop. We only had 1 hour to shop. It was extremely rushed. After, we got back on the boat to go to another part of the island to have lunch and have some time on the beach. The food was a buffet but not good. Soft drinks were watered down. And other groups from other boat almost joined us. The beach was extremely dirty. We were the last boat to leave and when we arrived in Cancun the gates were closed so we couldn’t get out to find our transportation. Overall, not a good time. I recommend looking for other agencies - perhaps Cancun sailing catamaran.

Scammers - A group of us booked a trip the sail out on 3/8, but the trip was cancelled due to high winds. We were offered to sail out the next day, but the winds were expected to be even higher, we also already had another excursion booked for that day. So the company knew it was a pointless offer. They have refused to refund our $700 deposit and claimed to have lost the original invoice. They also claim that the employee who booked our trip no longer works there. I’m not sure the relevance of that information because if you have a business you should document all bookings. They booking documents don’t leave with the employee. Needless to say don’t book with them as they are not accommodating in any manner.

Waste of money - Scammers! The company did not want to give back my deposit, and my excursion was canceled due to weather conditions and Highwinds and now the company do not want to return any of my calls or emails.

Beach club issues - I appreciate the owner responding to my previous review but the issue wasn't so much the snorkeling and downtown parts of our trip being canceled it was the unacceptable conditions of the beach club. I completely understand that water conditions are out of the company's control and a major liability issue, it is more about having to spend the entire day at a sub standard beach club. The service was 10/10 with servers checking in constantly but the drinks were 0/10 l, cleanliness 2/10 and food served 5/10. I don't know if weather issues were in the agreement for the excursion but resent that we didn't get what we paid for and the company makes no effort to provide even partial compensation.
