Horrible and Mis-leading! - I have always booked through Viator for all my travel excursions and this by far was the worse! I originally paid in advance and was ensured there would be no more than 30 max on the boat and then had to pay an additional $45 for platinum which ensured 30 max and it still was more people than 30. The beach was horrible and the water was like swamp water with seaweed and murky water. Everyone complained about the snorkeling experience and the over all service on the boat. I will be contacting Viator direct for some financial reimbursement as this was a complete rip off! NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely awful, bait and switch, AVOID - Absolutely the worst bait and switch experience I've ever had. After a 90 minute shuttle from our hotel, we arrived at the port to find that there would be 90 on our catamaran, not the 30 maximum promised. In addition, we were told that we would not be snorkeling, which was the main activity. First they try to up sell you to a platinum package with fewer people, like you paid for already. If you want to cancel, you will either have to pay out of pocket for a taxi back to your hotel (this would have been over $100, more than the tour), or wait for 7 hours at the passport for the tour to return and the shuttle to take you back. Once they have you there, there's no viable way to return or get a refund. I contacted both viator and the tour operator and neither could be bothered to address my concerns and only offered excuses as to why the tour was not what I paid for. Once on the catamaran, they try to up sell you again on a golf cart tour for an additional $20 per person. If you don't buy the golf cart, you're stuck at their beach club. The club isn't near anything, the beach is awful and there is nothing to do. There aren't enough sun beds and few have shade. There is an adjacent area, but if you take a seat there, you'll quickly be told to leave, as that's exclusive to platinum. After all that, our shuttle took nearly 2 hours to get us back to our hotel. This was hands down the worst experience in an excision I've ever had.
