I really liked the catamaran and the staff, the open bar gives you a plus - The catamaran tour was spectacular. Sailing the Caribbean Sea with music, open bar and an amazing atmosphere was one of the best parts of my trip. The snorkeling was a unique experience, we saw many colorful fish and corals. The team was very attentive and fun, always looking forward to having a good time. I'd do it again without thinking!

Loved the catamaran and the service - This catamaran tour of Isla Mujeres was simply perfect. From the first moment, the vibe was super relaxed and fun. Sailing the Caribbean Sea with music in the background, the wind in my face and a drink in my hand was all I needed to disconnect and enjoy. The bar on board was great, with refreshing drinks all the time and excellent service. The crew was very friendly and attentive, always making sure we all had a good time. When we arrived at Isla Mujeres, we had time to explore, sunbathe on the beach and enjoy the local atmosphere. Everything was super well organized, unhurried and with plenty to enjoy. An unforgettable day that I would certainly repeat.

Loved the tour from start to finish - A spectacular day in paradise! Since we got on the catamaran, the atmosphere was amazing, with music, drinks and a super friendly crew that made everything even more fun. Navigating the Caribbean Sea with those turquoise waters is a unique experience. The snorkeling part was impressive, with crystal clear water and plenty of marine life. Then, we had free time in Isla Mujeres to relax on the beach and explore. Everything was very well organized, with the perfect balance between adventure and rest. If you are looking for a day full of sun, sea and fun, this tour is the right one.

The catamaran was amazing the attention on board is very good and overall I loved the tour - This catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres was amazing. From the first moment you were engulfed by the relaxed and festive atmosphere, with great music and a super friendly crew. The snorkeling part was spectacular: swimming between crystal clear waters and seeing the colorful marine life was an unforgettable experience. In addition, the onboard bar was the perfect touch to cool off and enjoy a drink while admiring the Caribbean scenery. Everything was super well organized, with ideal stops to relax and explore. If you are looking for a day of fun and relaxation in Isla Mujeres, this tour is definitely amazing

An amazing tour - The catamaran tour was amazing. Sailing through the crystal-clear waters while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere onboard was incredible. Snorkeling was the highlight: we saw vibrantly colored fish and even some corals. I would definitely do it again!

Hit the pockets hard with... - Hit the pockets hard with the extra $45 per person after I already paid $295. We had to pay an additional $396 because we had 9 ppl. RIDICULOUS! Then the check-in lady we had to pay the money to was aggravating us by making it seem like we didn’t pay for everyone and held the line up because she didn’t know how to count. Every operator that walked by she would ask them to verify we paid. If we could have left at that moment we would have. She was so rude and thought we didn’t understand what she was saying. The viator rep that booked this excursion for me after I had to cancel my other booking due to non-communication acted like she gave me discount on this one and never mentioned this additional fee that needed to be paid at check-in. The experience was average because the operators were so pushy. I did enjoy the snorkeling though, that was amazing. Definitely didn’t care for the walk to the Ice Bar buffet. The food was mediocre and it was HOT! We did appreciate them bringing a fan over since we had babies. Before we went to the dock at the island for an hour they let us jump in the ocean, but it was for 10 minutes. What was the point? Literally jumped in and spent the majority of the time trying to get back to the boat because of the strong current. It was in and out, we were all like why did he even let us get in for it to be that quick! They kept the drinks on the boat flowing and they had this pound cake that was really good. Did a photoshoot on the boat and the pictures came out gorgeous. Only issue is he charged ppl in our group different amounts for theirs. But I won’t be recommending this specific catarman company to anyone.
