A Great and Must-do trip - The catamaran welcome and onboard hospitality on the trip, and the lunch was great. Had a bit of challenge with snorkelling, gave suggestions.
Full marks to the crew, especially Eric!
At least a couple of photos clicked, should be complimentary - and the balance on payment basis is fine.

Fun Trip, But Not Worth the Extra Cost - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆
Great experience overall — the boat ride, party vibe, and unlimited drinks were a blast! Everything was super well organized, and Mosquito is hands-down the best tour guide in Cancún. But honestly, it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. If you’re considering it, just book the basic catamaran and skip the extras — you’ll save yourself about $45 per person without missing much.

its Fraud - do not book!!
we booked one day trip with transfer from hotal. got information shows pickup location is hotel lobby.
pickup time set for 11am, we waited at lobby and when at 11:30 transfer asked we walked out the hotel to meet with the driver. we required more information about driver and pickup vehicle information, did nfraud!t reply till 12pm.
and at 12pm we been told, driver had left as we did not meet with him!!!
we required refund got refused and ask for 350pes to reschedule the trip, but when we ask how to research no one reply after! never heard anything back since that.
its fraud! you paid for nothing!!

The boat is NOT the one... - The boat is NOT the one in the picture first of all. It has no shade in the front, you have to sit in the back if you want some shade and even then they make you move due to, too much weight in the back. Second the prices are cheap on here cause when you get to boarding it’s a $48 docking fee (EACH person 4 years and up) which is ridiculous. We go every year on boat rides and the most we paid for docking is $20 a person. The boat is so small for as many people as they pack on there. It’s not comfortable to voice around the boat at all, all the boats we have been on you can literally get up and walk around and have shade. This one you feel like you’re going to fall off cause you have to walk on the edges of the boat.

No. Absolutely no - This trip was really bad, not organized and overbooked. I've been already to the same trip before few years ago, and this was the worst experience I had. Having a 43 persons plus crew on one small catamaran is totally unexceptable and for sure is way over maximum capacity. There was no room for leaving the towell, or even to seat. No shadow whatsoever, the only guys that were in shadow was the crew; this trip ruined the experience of enjoyment of beautiful sea and wonderful island.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! - First of all, we were all dying from heat and burning sun! Is it even allowed to do a tour in burning Mexican Cancun without shadows for all guests? I paid 70 dollars for tour that was absolutely overcrowded and didnt allow us to use shadows. When I couldnt stand the sun anymore and was starting to going crazy I went to the inside part of the boat but they literally threw me out saying its forbidden. So you are stuck at hot sun on catamaran build for 8-15 people and there were 45 (FORTY FIVE!!) people crowded aboard! Someone should be fired for this! Btw dont get fooled by the "all you can drink" since you cannot pour drinks for yourself and you cannot drink whenever you want. Mind you - there were 6 crying children on the hot mexican sun trying to squeeze in the 2 m2 of shadows. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I demand a refund!
