Quick daylong getaway from Cancun - Nice little island. The south point was good some good picture points there. Highlight of the trip was the golf cart type rental by which you could drive around the whole island.

Highly Recommended - I’m so glad I chose this excursions for me and my friends. I highly recommend this activity for anyone. Buffet lunch was good. The open bar was better. We snorkeled off Playa Tortugas for about 45 minutes. I do know how to swim well but the guide took great care to ensure I had an excellent experience. The first stop at Isla Mujeres was for lunch which was great for this type of tour and you can choose to little activities (water slides, games, etc. And the next stop at Centro Isla Mujeres which was a little crazy but we walked around and explored was timed perfectly. The pulled out from the dock and there was time open swimming and Spinnaker. The crew of the Toucan were super nice, very attentive, professional and provided top notch service while make the trip fun and safe. I would do this activity again next time I’m in Cancun.

A great experience and great service - We did this tour to Islas Mujeres with snorkeling, swim and stopped in Islas Mujeres to walk around. The service was great it included drinks and lunch which was probably the best lunch we had an all the tour we did. The personnel were super helpful and took great care of all the passengers. I strongly recommend you doing this special the swimming because the water in Islas Mujeres is a lot better then in Cancun is clean and a beautiful color as well as very calm.

Great trip, highly recommend - Boat #7 , Terry the guide went above and beyond to make our day trip awesome. Highly recommend!! Lunch was perfect, drinks were cold. We did the latest trip so we could sail back with the sunset, spectacular! Crew was extremely attentive to everyone on board, excellent service. The island adventure was a bit chaotic when you first get off the catamaran, once you get out of the downtown things got fun on our golf cart(we paid $10 per person for rental) . We found a cute little bar at a dead end road-La Palapa del Capitan, great fun for a quick stop. Never made it to any other sites as we had a 2 hour window but good time was had by all.

An honest review - I did not have the best experience. When I first areived to check in I was given the run around. The instructions on where to meet or who to look for was vague. It took over an hour before someone could find me in the system because no one ever provided the boat company my reservation number. Aside from the late check in due to poor miscommunication the overall excursion was a great time

DO NOT book this trip!!!! - I’m not even sure where to start this is so bad. To start it says the tour is 4 hours. Take heed this is not a half day trip. On our last day I was specifically looking for a tour that we could do in the morning and enjoy our afternoon and this proved to be very wrong. We are on this tour currently and after being told departure was at 930am we waited until after 10 to board. Fast forward 4 hours. We weren’t dropped for lunch until 2 pm at a deserted island. Lunch took 20 minutes and was HORRIBLE. Fast forward another hour. Lunch ended 40 mins ago, there is literally nothing to do, it is 3pm, and we’re told we HAVE to wait till 4pm to leave. Seriously?? Everyone is ready to be done but we’re trapped on this island with no way off. Unreal. There goes our last day in Cancun. Wasted. Now let me get to the detail of the missing hours in between boarding, 5 hours, and being trapped. After a long check in process and waiting to board a boat that says has unlimited free drinks they continue to try to sell you drinks in the waiting area. As well as push sales of merchandise. Finally we board. This process is fine. It’s probably the best part of the trip because at this point you still think you have some fun awaiting you. They immediately start serving “drinks”. Just sugary water that they say have alcohol in them. They don’t. Oh and no beer until after snorkeling. No reason given. You slowly work your way across to isla mujeres to snorkel. Oh wait. They forget to mention that conditions have to be PERFECT to snorkel. A slight breeze today and it was unsafe so what we thought would be the highlight was scrapped. I should have seen it coming when they started serving beer half way there. They did however still let people get off the boat and swim for a couple minutes. Yay!! I can do that at my hotel for free. And why can we swim but not snorkel?? Now the kids are crushed because that is what they wanted to do. However, no big deal. Next stop Isla Mujeres. They dock, and take you off the boat directly into a store that you can get 50% off for shopping there. Really? Another kickback for bringing in tourists? We got out of there quickly and tried to enjoy some of the town with the whopping 45 mins we had left. Stopped at a street vendor and had a great torta. Good thing we stopped because as I mentioned lunch was very late and very awful. Other than that the island was just eh. Lots of high pressure sales for junk you’ll throw away when you get home. We did try to make one purchase but the dock timeline was so strict we had to run to not be left behind. I now wish they would have left us since we are trapped on an island still waiting to go home. Next up, lunch. Yay!!! Uh, no. So bad. Other tours I’ve taken they cook for you on the boat and you have a great time getting to know others on the boat. Not this time. They drove us another 25 minutes and dropped us a beach cafeteria. We got to stand in line with people from other boats to scoop slop onto our plates. Yummy. I think this area maybe used to be cool but it’s just a broken down water park that is closed currently. It’s like those creepy closed carnivals in horror movies. Yikes. Well, we’re still waiting to leave and I’ve run out of nice things to say. Just beware. It appears that this company just changes their name on TripAdvisor once they get too many bad reviews so that they still get business. Trust me. I’m watching and will repost as necessary
