Perfect! - My second activity with these guys and did not disappoint. Right on time for pickup, the boat was in perfect shape, and the crew was AMAZING!! Always looking after you. Snorkel was great, lunch was good, even though I would prefer more options it was a good lunch. Smooth ride back to the hotel, would do it again.

As Much fun as expected. - Swimming in the warm waters snorkeling made the trip worthy. The water of the sea is memorizing. Our guide Leonardo from the Luv Cat catamaran was fun and very friendly.

Bad Experience - I wouldn’t recommend this excursion to anyone. We were a large group of 24 and we sailed on Antonio. I’ve been on several boat excursion and this was the worst by far. The music was not catering to the audience so our ride was boring! The entire experience was a sales promotion. They tried to upsell our Beach Club experience. Then they sold us pictures and golf carts on the boat. The golf cart ride was supposed to be a tour but we only made one ten minute stop and the returned back the club. Where we were told to go to the beach while we wait for the boat to return. It was an hour of just waiting and sitting in the hot sun. When we finally got over to Negra Pearla (Isla Mujeres) we were told we only had 40 minutes to return to the boat. I was extremely disappointed and somewhat annoyed.

Better to go to docks than do this - I would not make a bad judgment on the people but rather TripAdvisor made false advertisement. You are way better served to go to the docks and get a ferry to the island and swim on north or south beach. There was no snorkeling, the small car to visit the island was not included, no difference if you have done it yourselves for 20$ (Ferry ride and around 20$ more for good food) instead of 85$ of below mediocre experience. I had better lunch in isle mujeres in small restaurant than the buffet it was provided. Again nothing against hard working folks but this is a scam from agencies.

Catamaran boat crew member gave WRONG info! - Aside from the 10 fun college folks, #1 the allotment of only 20 min. to snorkle ( big part of trip " NOT") & being sheep-herded close to 9 other 10- plus each groups like cattle AND then upon making a stop.........,#2 a crew member directed me to some golf carts & people on the carts which were there for some other group of snorklers..... #3 which took me to a wrong restaurant who wanted to charge me 69.00 For lunch; thank goodness I drove the cart away & found a member of the same catamaran company who took me under his wing & to the right place for lunch where #4 I waited for 1 1/2 hrs alone until my group later arrived. Too big a part of my paid-for excursion was filled with frustration, stress & UPSET! Some refund is due & fairly in order here!!!!! I am looking forward to reviewing Viator's activity on social media because of all of the above. Francine Routhier

A mix of good and frustrating - The crew was fantastic, the food and drinks were great. The music on the boat and at the beach was way too loud for our family. The golf cart tour was fun. Our 3 hours at the beach club ended up being 5 and we thought we had somehow missed the boat. That delay shortened our time visiting/shopping downtown and the snorkeling was very rushed. Our hotel transfer was fantastic … they were still waiting for us even though the boat got us back an hour late!

Bad experience - Hi, I paid a tour to Isla mujeres with pick up and drop off included from my hotel. Lunch buffet and alcohol beverage where included supposedly. When we get at the port, they told us the only were included alcohol beverages on board but no at the buffet. So we asked and they upgrade us for 9$ dollars each. We did 2 upgraded, we were 3 people but my dad is diabetic so he doesn't drink. At the island when it was lunch time, it was only water available, they wouldn't sell us a soda. They request $25 extras in order to get a diet soda for my dad. I tried to get a soda from my "all inclusive" bar acces and they scream at me that I couldn't share and he needed to pay the $25 dollars. That he only could get water. So after paying almost $400 for the 3 of us, he wasn't entitled to a miserable soda. Unbelievable. Beside that, they cancel the snorkeling activity due "inclement weather" but other boat with tours when to do it anyways because was sunny and beautiful (not rain at all). Also, they drop you on a part of the island the has the worst beach, they charge you another 40$ to get into a golf cart to get to the best beach which is playa Norte. Really uncomfortable experience. I do speak Spanish so it wasn't an misunderstanding. It was just them trying to get advantage of tourist like every place but I least they should provide what they offer.
