Mangrove kayaking - Great kayak through the mangroves seeing nature away from the hustle and bustle. Informative guide. Would recommend the activity.

Kayaking in the lagoon with Jorge - I really enjoyed seeing the wildlife, birds and fish mainly. My guide Jorge was quite knowledgeable and identified the novel sightings (for me!) of several bird species. The water was beautiful!

Great fun! Would love to do it again. - Great activity, and I would love to do it again! I was speaking to Ro to get the kayaking rescheduled as I, unfortunately, missed the morning one. He quickly got me booked in for the next availability and was happy with the outcome. Normally most companies don't do this so I was extremely grateful Ro could organise it for me. The kayaking itself was such a great experience. We had picturesque scenery during the kayaking and our tour guide was very enthusiastic. Be warned, your arms will get tired from the paddling!

Was very nice the guide... - Was very nice the guide is super friendly and he looks like Pedro Pascal :) We had a nice tour in the morning, just be prepared that kayaking is not that easy , you will need to work with your hands and sit 2 hours in the particular pose.

Overall a worthwhile experience. - Our kayak guide George was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us first time kayakers. Overall a pleasant experience although we didn’t see much of the birds and marine life as advertised.

Nice trip - We had a fun time on this kayaking trip. It was a 2 hour trip. George was very patient with beginning kayakers. We were asked to choose a time slot a few days before our kayak trip. We asked to pay more to get transported as advertised in the description for this excursion, and was told maybe, but nobody got back with us so we ended up taking a taxi. No big deal, but that's what happened. We like to do activities that are a little bit off the beaten path and exercise related. So this hit both things we were looking for. Not as much variety in plants and birds as I had expected, but that's not the fault of the tour - they can only work with what is naturally available. I liked the mangroves, water and scenery. Nice tour.

Never Book The Guided Kayak Excursion - We ended up wasting an entire morning waiting for these unprofessional people to "no show". We had tried to contact them 3 days straight using the phone number provided by Viator, and they never, ever returned our call. These is a highly unprofessional outfit that should be avoided at all costs. They charged our credit card already, but we have logged a dispute with our credit card company. Viator offered nothing in return for the entire morning wasted.

No show. Don't recommend. - Booked appointment and was completely ghosted by the host the day before. Had to submit a refund request with Viator to get my money back.

Worst Experience and Customer Service - Worst experience ever! I booked this kayaking experience two weeks ago from 7-10 AM as they stated on Expedia website. On the website the advertise that they charge $30 for hotel transportation. On the day of reservation, the owner of the experience (Ro) texted me that he will charge us $40 for the transportation. When I told him that it says $30 on the website, he started negotiating the price to see if I am willing to pay $35 and I said no! So, he said okay to the $30 that I initially offered and is advertised on their website (I should mention that my hotel was 4 minutes away from their location)!!!! He also wanted to give us a tour for 2 hours instead of 3 and he said they need to update their website cause the information on the website is old and the tour is not 3 hours anymore! Well that is not my problem!! That is your problem for being irresponsible and negligent enough not to update your own advertisement!!! Then, he (Ro) said he will be be a few minutes late because he is stuck in traffic! Few minutes turned into TWO (2) HOURS! Well you should know the traffic in your own country when you are providing transportation services!!! You ruined our entire day basically and after more than two weeks I have been unable to get my refund since the owner (YOU) does not answer Expedia's phone calls! I do not recommend them to anyone!
