Great day out from start to finish. - We booked the trip through Hector at Planet Hollywood who was brilliant in dealing with our booking. The transport to and from the hotel was on and time with a very friendly driver. At the jetty we were greeted by the cabanas crew who were excellent and gave us an in-depth brief of the day’s itinerary. The snorkelling was fun for all, and the drinks were plentiful. The island tour was very interesting, along with the food and drink at the restaurant. The island is beautiful and the family really enjoyed the shopping at the end. Throughly enjoyable experience and well worth the cost.

Amazing Summer Time !!! - The buffet food was great !!! The cruise on the golf carts was fun !! The albatros boat was sooo big and the best part it was the we made it private so no random people were on the boat , we were a family of 40 members!! Marisela Royalton Splash

Absolutely awesome - Gustavo from Royalton Excursion he is super nice when we booking our trip to tulum , awesome personality and patient with us . And give us an unforgettable experience in Cancun Mexico , we will definitely be back here again.

Nice island, but don't book with Nexus. - We booked this trip through Nexus Tours. The rep lied to us about the type of boat, what was included, He said it was a high speed speed catamaran which would take about an hour, maximum 20 people. It was an old ferry boat that took 3 hours and 52 people were on it. We were told we could snorkel on the island by the rep, but boat crew told us this was not allowed. We were told we would be back by 5pm and the latest and we got back after 7pm exhausted. Total waste of money, would have been better to stay at the hotel every day. The island itself was nice and a guide told us about it. Food was not good. We did see some turtles on the surface which was lovely and there are lots of iguanas on the island which was the highlight of the day.

Do not use Nexus tours - DO NOT USE NEXUS TOURS. They lied to us regarding our trip, they don't tell the truth, was not interested in us when we complained. Totally false advertising. Not interested in you after they have your money, trip was not as described.
