Romantic & amazing - Just got back from the romantic candlelit cruise! Absolutely fantastic! Food was amazing, great drinks, service and entertainment. Not a single criticism! Loved every second of it. Seeing the sunset was amazing and dancing under the, stars just topped it off! Thank you!

An excellent, romantic dinner cruise! - My wife and I have taken this cruise for three years in a row now. The first time was our honeymoon, and each anniversary after that. Highly recommended! The food is excellent, the drinks are plentiful, and your host, Sergio, is very personable and attentive! We took the sunset Cruise, although there is a moonlight Cruise also. We prefer the sunset Cruise because of the excellent photo opportunities on the boat. The entire top deck becomes a dance floor, with a live saxophone player who plays along with tracks for your dancing pleasure! Will be back next year!

would NOT recommend - I honestly wish I had something positive to write but this was by far the worst experience of my whole holiday. From start to finish we were let down. Upon arrival we were told we needed to pay an additional 56 USD (we knew we had to pay a docking fee but we were told transport was included in our ticket) luckily the ladies in reception were very helpful and honoured the no charge because even our ticket said trasnport included. This obviously started our evening on a negative note but we were determined not to let this ruin our last evening. We get to the boat which we know already isn't the one in the photos as we were told it was being repaired however we expected the replacment boat to at least be of a similar standard. There was nothing nice or romantic about this boat what so ever. It just had benches on the top level and the only way I can describe the eating area was like a school canteen... plastic chairs and picnic benches. They has also over sold the tickets for the boat so a lot of people had to share tables with other couples.... NOT very romantic at all. The meal. Well its honestly a disgrace they are even charging for it. The starter was a few lettuce leaves, a few crutons and a drizzle of sauce. The main, luckily we just had steak but this still cost us around £59 each. It was a jacket potato in tin foil, a spoonful of frozen veg and the steak was a decent size yes but basically raw and very fatty. Then desert was a tiny slice of vanilla cheesecake. How can they possibly justify the prices they are charging? This experience was sold to us as a lovely romantic meal perfect for couples which we chose to do for our last evening of our holiday but it was anything but that. There was a group of people who had come for a birthday who were so roudy, they were treating it as a party boat! One person in their party ended up hysterically crying and threatening to throw themself off the boat casuing an absolute scene. To top it all off we had a long taxi ride back to our hotel which became very heated and uncomfortable because the driver had turned up at a hotel in playa del carmen on the way to our hotel to drop off some guests only to find out it was the wrong hotel and he was supposed to drop them off back in cancun! So these people were extremely irate about their unnecessary 3 hour round trip home.... So in summary, from my experience I would not recommend at all. Save your money and look for an alternative if you want a calm, romantic dinner on a boat because this couldn't have been further from it.
