Highly recommended Cocobongo - I went on a Monday! 100% recommended!! I didn't wait long to enter, the guards' control was impeccable, the shows were top-notch, I liked them all, I had a lot of fun! My package included drinks, I didn't drink them, I ordered bottled beer, it was paid separately, as it is a place where there are too many foreigners it seemed the safest, I'm sorry I didn't buy the cocobongo kepi, I only saw it at the entrance, when I left there was no longer there, they should place it in that sector too

A must see show for all visiting Cancun - Would go as far as to say one of the best nights out I’ve ever had. The show from start to finish was spectacular. We got the gold package which means you sit upstairs on a different platform with a table and seats and a personal Waiter who brings you your drink (you get 15 free premium drinks with this ticket). You can get involved with the show and during the characters who are performing will come Round and take pictures with you which you obviously have to pay for but we bought a couple as it’s all part of the experience. I think they cost $25 a photo but don’t mention you can actually get it without the frame they offer which is a lot cheaper. But all in all I cannot fault the experience here. Everything was top class. A must visit when in Cancun

Super fun - Amazing music fun, the shows are incredible, movie type like 300, moulin rouge, wonder woman, spider man, super fun, then the disco club music is fantástic and finally the tribute to Queen Guns n roses, Jennifer Lopez etc its really outstanding We felt safe even though its super crowded, you enjoy drinks included in your ticket and snacks also The good mood joy environment its just unbelivable everybody must try at least once, it was our second time

So cool - Note 4…. As a gold ticket, I thought I wouldn't get in line and I did. Get. Getting a good table wasn't easy but a waiter helped. Other than that, everything was incredible.

A waste of money, do not go - We booked the tickets online for cocobongo bar... first, the bar is tiny, second even when they have a table to sit us down, the forced us to sit at the barra, the excuse: it was a reservation... we had reservation too and no table for us. We payed 40 USD p/person and got our drinks on plastic cups. The music was "vintage", practically you are on display on the street, they had a girl selling crappy cheap souvenirs, in the middle of the place. No bar vibes at all. Even though we did have free drinks paid, we went out to Mr Frogs, it was much better. A waste of time.

Biggest rip off in Cancun - Wow over $200 US for the most uncomfortable overrated and at times dangerous due to over capacity venue. Ok some may say we were too old and too stupid but even a teenager would be hard pressed to justify this much dollar for such little return. Bought a seat didn't get one bought premium tickets got constantly given budget drinks food nowhere to be seen toilets only 2 and hard to find and return to any fellow guests. In short would have been over priced at half the cost it's an experience you're paying for but it's one you could miss and not regret and spend your cash on some local more deserving who isn't out to fleece you at every opportunity.

Poor show - Very poor experience. Arrived at the club to wait 20 mins at the reservation desk who has issues with our booking. It appeared to be resolved when they asked us to get in a queue - despite it being ‘beat the line!’ Finally got into the club (after an hour) to be told that we had to go to ANOTHER desk and then have our ticket looked at AGAIN. Only to be told that Identification was needed even though it did not state this on the booking, due to no ID we had to leave the club and return to our resort. A wasted journey and poor show by the company. Will be expecting full refund

SCAM TOUR - AVOID THIS TOUR IS JUST A SCAM, TICKETS ARE FAKE! It's a SCAM, spend hours on Coco bongo door trying to get in and had to pay another ticket. Never received my money back.

SCAM, don't buy - SCAM. we went there in NYE and they had no idea about what those tickets were. We lost more than one hour trying to sort out and we ended up having to pay tickets to another place at 23:55 as the one booked was full. The agency WhatsApp didn't reply even if was online. AVOID

Fraud - I had a fake booking. I never received a ticket after booking. I still have not received the 130.00 back. I’m very disappointed.
