Money well spent - This is an all day activity; from 7AM until 9PM. It is worth the money. Jorge is a character. He was also very knowledgeable. We were served drinks all day on the bus. The lunch was good too and came with entertainment. YOU DO NOT NEED THE BUG SPRAY. I would definitely do this again.

History, Hospitality, and a Shot of Tequila! - The tour was on time, informative, and the crew was fun! The food was amazing, and we had plenty of time at each location to explore and take pictures. They provided umbrellas for the walk in Chichen Itzá, and the cherry on top was the free pastry and tequila shots. The bus also had bathrooms and air conditioning, which made the trip super comfortable

Enjoyed! - 100% worth going. Lots of stops and travel to finally get to Chichen izta but so nice. Flat but uneven ground so wear comfy shoes. Bring small bills for souvenirs. Souvenirs every step. More time at Cenote would have been nice, but it was so refreshing and absolutely beautiful.

Was an awesome trip.Good guides. Great visit - We checked exactly what time pickup is from our Hotel and we had time for breakfast prior to pickup. The guides + bus driver. Lalo. Esrain and Francises were great. The different tour sites were great.

Wasted time on tour - Great guide at the temple. A lot of time was wasted stopping in a couple towns. Great folks on the bus. Guides and driver. Stopped at a place for lunch and only other things there were shops to buy stuff. Kind of trapped audience.

Good deal, but bad experience at Chichen Itza. - The service of the tour company was very good, the 3 members of the team had excellent treatment and everything worked very well while we were on the bus. However it was not the best experience in the temple of Chichen Itza. The itinerary was adapted by the Equinox, and it is understood, but we stayed 4 hours there without any service from the company. The guide assigned to us when we entered the park to the passengers who spoke Spanish, gave us a tour of only 2 of the more than 10 buildings, spent 5 minutes of the 30 that he was with the group to reexplain the place of departure (?) And then he walked a few meters and left us adrift for more than 3 hours. All the other guided groups did the full tour, even the group of our same bus that was in English. At this time and because of the excess of people there was very little we could do and see. The tour was about Chichen Itza and I feel like I learned less than the slightest about the culture there. I wrote to the WhatsApp of the company and they did not even apologize, they just justified and demanded my name. In Valladolid we stayed 15 minutes and it was night. Grateful to Efrain and Carlos.

So So - it is a 13.5 hour day with only a couple of hours at chichen itza. That should be a high point instead if felt as it was a throw in. The length of the day should have been posted on the site when you book. Little do you know. There should be a solo stop and back to the pyramid or a two stopper day trip.
