Nice all day adventure - It was a nice all day adventure. We went to the cenote first, then Chichén Itzá followed by the stop at Valladolid. We opted for the hotel pickup to avoid any issues, and the car was there on time. Our driver brought us to another location where we switched to a larger more comfortable bus and met with our guide Sergio. The cenote was very nice and wish we could have spent more time here. Lunch and drinks were provided here. Chichén Itzá tour was very informative and loved learning about the history from our guide. Valladolid was relaxing to end the day with, but wish it was longer than the 30ish minutes allotted. All in all, I would recommend this experience package

Amazing way to spend my 23rd birthday! - Ismael and Gustavo were incredible tour guides! The Costa Mujeres pick up option was very helpful because we were so far from the airport. Our first stop was the cenote which was so beautiful and gave great insight to Mayan culture. This set a great precedence for our trip to Chichén Itzá. The last stop was beautiful, too. I wish we had a little more time to explore Valladolid but we had to make the drive back so everything was well-timed!

Overselling is an issue - It's a long way to Chichen Itza from Riviera Maya, but when the description states pick up is 0730 you think, that's okay. They then tell you it's 0830 and finally arrive at 0900. They then change bus. After that, the guide hard sells his bug spray for $15USD for a small citronella, saying you can only use a natural product and it's essential to spray immediately at the cenote. Nowhere did it say that, and there were no bugs! Then the tequila houses they recommend are selling for $280CAD for a bottle! So, bottom line, go to Chichen Itza, it's well worth it, but be very wary which operator you choose.
