Chichen Itza "y los dos cenotes" - Reliable and professional! - We had a wonderful time traveling to Chichen Itza with this company. We were three women traveling "alone". They took excellent care of us. Their team, including guides and customer service agents is so well prepared. Thank you Maru, Angel and David, you made this trip informative, fun and very interesting.
We loved the Suytun, possibly one of the most beautiful places we've ever been. We had never seen a cenote in person before.
Despite it beinf a full day with half or more of it spent on the road, the time flew by. We experienced a slight delay in Valladolid ddue to local celebrations. Aside from that, it was a very reliable, honest and friendly activity from Playa del Carmen.

Great Chichen Itza tour package! - Without a doubt, this is the best package to visit Chichen Itza. It includes the ruins, two cnotes, food, drinks and a stop in Valladolid, everything in one day. Having an expert guide (David) makes the difference.
The Suytun cenote looks just like the photos. We didn't get the famous light beam due to clouds, but it was still amazing. The places weren't crowded and the company's well timing and organization made the experience worth it all.
Tip: Consider bringing water shoes, as some areas of the cenote have small stones.
We liked that all entrance fees and taxes were already included. The return bus ride is relaxing, perfect to take a nap until reaching your hotel back.

Chichen Itza and Cenotes, second only to Cancun beaches! - While in our hotel in Cancun, some friends recommended us this tour to Chichen Itza with two cenotes. It's a full day tour and we liked that it has all taxes and fees included. Cenotes Suytun and Ikkil in my opinion are among the best bodies of water, second only to beaches from Cancun, they are stunning! You can feel the special vibe on each visited place. The food was fine. Our guide Angel is a brilliant expert who led our adventure the whole time. A solid 5 star for this company!

The best spots in a single trip! - I thoroughly enjyed this experience. I went solo and truly felt like I was with friends all the time. I met wonderful people. This tour has it all. Chichen Itza is amazing and highly recommended for solo travelers. The company and its staff are exceptional, taking care of everything and guiding you from start to finish. I'm vegetarian and found some good options for myself at the restaurant.
The combination of Chichen Itza and the cenotes, specially "Suytun"" is perfect for those who want to spend an entire day exploring these sites.
I'm very thankful to Anna and Maru from customer service for helping get back my keys! Last but not least, special thanks to Mike our guide during the trip, he's a true expert at his job.

Chichen Itza with two cenotes, check listed marvel!!! - Visiting Chichen Itza including two cenotes, Suytun and Ikkile in a single full day tour was the best decision we've ever made. The ruins and pyramid are well explained by a bilingual guide. During our way to each places in the Yucatan our guide Lilly caught all the group's attention with her fascinating speech. While taking our link we saw some great dancers with animal attires, like Mayan warriors.
Chichen Itza will always be the marvel of the world and we loved to check that in our bucket list. Cenote Suytun is great as Ikkile it is.
We ended tired but super happy. We recommend this tour with Tourballoon.

Money well spent on this tour! - Tour was excellent. The driver and Cristian the tour guide was hilarious and great knows a lot of language. He was very enthusiastic with sharing us a lot of information which goes to show how much he loves his job. We haven’t encountered any scam like what I read from other reviews. All I can say is if your offered something you don’t like learn to say no. Also tip generously to the locals you meet as tourism is mostly their way of living and their eager to share their culture to tourists. There was no wasted time on this tour I’m glad the group we joined were punctual as there was little to no delay to the next spot to go to. We started in Villadolid 30 mins. Chichen Itza 2 hrs, Cenote Ik kil 1 hr and Cenote Suytun 1hr. With travel from Cancun and back around 2.5 hrs. Food buffet was decent. Overall it was a tour well spent. Highly recommend this one for sure!

Wonderful trip with genuinely caring staff - Everything went well. We were picked up on time from our hotel. The bus was comfortable and the service was excellent. They are truly with you from start to finish. Anna Vega was godsend with the organization, especially as our small group had some challenges. We also lovel our guide Mike! He us just so charismatic and pleasant.
We highly recommend this full-day tour, which includes Chichen Itza and two beautiful cenotes. It's run by an experienced and friendly people that clearly cares about providing a weonderful experience.

Chichen Itza with two cenotes, mystically superb!!! - We booked this incredible fullday tour with Tourballoon Travel, which included two cenotes. We saw this option and didn't pass it up. Chichen Itza is a completely different experience when you have an expert guide who explains tee meaning of the carved hieroglyphs into the rocks of the ruins. The main pyramid is mystically imposing.
The staff had our backs covered all the time and each cenote was a wonderful surprise. We absolutely loved it... super duper!
Pro tip: Bring your ID orr a copy, we had a quick immigration check on the way to Chichen Itza.

This trip exceeded our expectations! - Our all day tour to Chichen Itza, which included two cenotes, was excellent! This was the second activity we took in Cancun. The difference in service is noticeable. This company takes care of you the entire time, from the pickup to the dropoff. All fees are included. To be a shared experience the amount of people in the group was reasonable.
Visiting the archaeological site was the highlight of the trip. The guides (Lilly and Miguel) were a key part, they kept us animated with their stories and the customer service host (Maru), are highly qualified. We loved that this tour included two cenotes; bot are very unique.
A great experience for culture and history seekers.
Highly recommended!
