- An additional surcharge of US$35 (700MXN) for international travelers, US$20 (400MXN) for Mexican citizens and US$6 (120MXN) for children regardless their nationality are payable in cash on the day of your activity.
- Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya Hotels. If transportation is not purchased you will be asked to meet at one of the designated meeting points.
- Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
