Catamaran Fun - Loved the Open Bar, great music and the staff was superb. Snorkeling in open water was a bit short & uneventful; I thought we were gonna do another location to snorkel from beach area (& see turtles +). Lunch/snacks were good although we had an unexpected jewelry shopping stop that maybe cut into our beach time. We did do an Upgrade because we wanted some shade & a seat if we chose.

A great day on the water - It was a great time! The staff was super nice and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. There were families and single people. It was a fun lively day but nothing too crazy. The snorkeling was amazing! bring sunscreen

definitely worth it - I went alone, there were families and young couples, there was a party boat vibe but nothing too crazy that kids cant see lol. I had someone call and confirm to help me find where I needed to go, everyone was nice, drinks were great, I never had to ask for a refill... and the way I drink that says something. The snorkeling is better than I expected. If you are really interested in the underwater museum do a separate tour because this isnt enough time to see it all but there is still a lot to see. The part of the beach we were supposed to go to was closed by the government because of covid they dropped anchor and gave us time to swim in a beautiful side of the island! The food was good and we had time to do some shopping. they took a lot of care to ensure social distancing, disinfecting, and mask wearing. If you are wanting to do any of these activities in depth you'll need a separate tour because you spend a little over an hour on each thing. But for the average person who just wants to check out the island, snorkel a bit and enjoy beautiful water on a nice boat it's perfect. people were dancing and singing or laying out and relaxing, they made sure to accommodate whatever you were in the mood for. I would go again.

It was okay - The crew was engaging, fun, danced and told jokes. However service for drinks was slow and alcholic drinks could not taste the liquor. The michealadas were really good. The snorkeling was fun, the water beautiful, isla mujures water amazing !!! Lunch was okay.

Not Worth It - I have used Viator to book many many tours over the past decade and have never posted less than a 5 star review. We were told we were to sail at 9:30am and to arrive to the pier 10 minutes early. We did that only to find out that the people running the sailings wanted to sell everyone an upgrade. Once people checked-in, a salesperson takes each party separately and tries to upsell them on the excursion. We were told it would be $50 per person to upgrade to a less crowded boat with premium alcohol. We could hear two conversations around us and both of those groups were told it was $40 per person to upgrade. This whole thing seemed sketchy to us so we decided not to upgrade. Our catamaran finally left the pier at 10:10am. Our crew and captain were very nice, fun people - no complaints about them. They kept the alcohol flowing constantly. The "margaritas" were gross though. They were Fresca, orange juice, and a splash of tequila. Stick to beer or shots. About 20-30 minutes after leaving the pier, we reached our snorkel destination happy to get into the water. We snorkeled about 20-25 minutes. There were a few small fish, but nothing really exciting to see underwater. We were disappointed in the amount of time spent in the water since the excursion was a total of 7 hours. We sailed on to Isla Mujeres where we had two free hours to do whatever we chose. After that, we met back on the catamaran and were sailed to our lunch spot. It was now 3pm and we were hungry. The buffet was really unappetizing. The choices consisted of plain lettuce, chips and nacho cheese sauce, spaghetti, rice, black beans, watermelon, chicken, and fish. The fish was really quite good, but everything else was subpar. After lunch, we got back on the catamaran and headed to the pier. Alcohol was free-flowing once again. The crew was never an issue, but the pre-boarding experience, the time in the water, the snorkeling experience, and the food were all inadequate.

Waste of a day - This felt rushed and unorganized. The whole process appeared to be a tourist trap of selling you something whether it was photos, upgrades or tequila. The buffet food was awful and lacked services such as drinks. The ice house had a terrible smell and sanitation was questionable. On the island people were swimming, wading next to docked boats and there were no beach chairs. The smell was just as bad on the beach. I would not recommend this tour instead take the ferry to the isla mujeres.
