10/10!! - The excursions were super fun!! And the staff and service was amazing. Will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend:)

Awesome and grateful - The crew at the Ventu Catamaran boat were very friendly and accommodating. My husband had an almost life-threatening experience, the captain of the boat and Leo along with the other crew made sure he was okay. Leo even took the time to take him to the transportation van to make sure he was okay. "Leave no one behind" is what the captain said. We had a fun time after the rescuing. Thank you.

Pay attention to “taxes and fees not included”! - The experience was very fun and staff was fun. Our only complaint or issue with the trip was we were required to pay a $20 dock fee per person that we were unaware of prior to arrival. Be sure to bring extra money with you for this.

Boat party experience - This boat excursion was pretty good all in all. It made 2 stops and was very enjoyable. The food included in the price wasn’t good, but we made up for it by getting food in Isla Mujeres which was bomb. The music on the boat was average since it was kids on the boat too but they played better music on the ride back. I will say though, they will get you lit if you’re down for a good time. My friends and I left very satisfied.

DO NOT BOOK. SCAMMERS. CANCELLATION AT 11pm the day before our tour!! - This was truly such a disappointment. I booked this excursion about 2 months before my trip for 9 people. We booked and paid, took a $60 taxi service for a 10 minute ride to the ticket redemption location, which was truly the most confusing thing ever. To finally end up at a restaurant in a plaza where they tell us that they cancelled out trip at 10:51pm the night before. They completely disregarded us and said that a "private tour" booked the boat. I asked for them to accommodate our ride and they dismissed us, without an apology or empathy. It was truly ridiculous. We weren't the only people they cancelled on that day either so PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DONOT TRUST THEM unless you want a last minute cancellation. They told us we were refunded and it was not until I called trip advisor at that moment that they told us the money was never refunded. Then they had the NERVE to try and get us to pay AGAIN for a 7 hour catamaran ride after just having cancelled our trip last minute. It was extremely confusing getting to the destination they needed us at so I really would just avoid this at all costs. They don't provide transport and make it extremely difficult to find the meetup/ redemption point location. All of the catamarans I've taken have been a smooth experience except for this one. BE CAREFUL. CANCEL if you already booked it and find another company to book with!!!!!

It was false... - It was false advertisement. It was kids on the boat and people who looks like the locals only. They played Latin music the whole time. If your looking for a party boat with fiends and no kids and diversity this boat is not it.

Viator and this COMPANY sucks!!!!!!! - I should've went by the reviews about this company! I paid for a 4 hour cruise only for them to contact me the morning of the event to say it was changed from 4 hours to 7 hours leaving me no room to cancel this event to do something else for my sister's 50th Birthday! This event was paid for well in advance. The person I spoke with over the phone is a complete liar too! so any feedack they wish to write on this review will be a complete lie! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK WITH THEM!!! I am waiting on my full refund! These companies are so quick to retain payment but slow as hell to submit your refund!! NEVER AGAIN will I book with VIATOR too!

La Piñata Tiene Caca - Ruined my milestone birthday party! Time and location were incorrect then Tour operator changed excursion! They blamed Viator and I’m sure Viator will say it’s Fragata’s fault. Either way my day was ruined as by the time things were sorted out it was too late! I had guests from all over meeting up to celebrate my bday and it didn’t happen.

Terrible experience - This experience was absolutely terrible. I feel the boat tour guide was very racist towards my family and friends. We were not treat like the others. I don’t know if it’s because we’re African-American. We were told lies bout prices with transportation and threatened to be left if we each didn’t pay $35pp. When I booked this boat through viator they advised me transportation was included which was a lie. I do not recommend this boat.
