Great service - Amazing service from Avila and the rest of the crew on the Luv Cat catamaran. They were always going around to check on all the guests, if you want another drink or what music you want them to play. Very polite and friendly staff.

Perfect Excursion - This is perfect for everyone. Great staff and great pictures. Food and drinks included and beaches were beautiful. The snorkeling was a little challenging but I would definitely reccomend it.

Great Family Resort - Sapphire Thanks so much to all the amazing staff at Sapphire for giving our family the best trip ever. Everyone was super friendly and attentive, made us feel like family and engaged in the activities if we wanted to or just chill. The food was great, the architecture and landscaping had a special old colonial style vibe and very tropical and lush. So many activities to choose from, and easy access to countless excursions in the area for tours. Got to see a sea turtle up close snorkelling only a short distance from shore. Our family will definitely return!

Great experience! Highly recommend for price and the service! - We had an excellent time with Sailing Cancun! We went on the roundtrip catamaran excursion to Isla Mujeres with the open bar. The entire journey was incredibly enjoyable with fun and energetic staff. They kept the drinks and fun coming nonstop. We also had ample time on the island to explore and the staff gave us recommendations. Would definitely go again!

Some good/some bad - Great views and snorkeling. The time in town was way too long--most of the day--and the vendors are an exhausting swarm of people. They try everything to get you to buy, and it makes any attempt at shopping painful. You don't dare stop to even look at anything unless you're ready to be pressured into buying. We also didn't get everything we were promised. One stop was completely eliminated and we returned earlier than promised so we missed the sunset voyage. Then they put us on the wrong bus back to our resort so the driver didn't drop us off until the end of the route because he didn't know we were at our resort and we had another hour on the bus while he took us back.

Okay experience - Very nice servers, guys and Pepe was super personable; however, the only drink option served to seated guest was a very bad & cheap beer which was poured in to guest cups all the way down into the backwashed portion then germs spread into the next guest cup on and on. Tequila was awful! Guest had to get up to the center console for the hard liquor mixed drinks; not easily done in a crowded cramped rocky boat. These drinks were not served by ship servers at all. Food buffet was not great in a sketchy spot on a dirty beach.

money grabbing scam, rude - This was the worst excursion I have ever had the displeasure of booking. I have gone on my excursions in Cancun, and the people who run this are just after your money. It is poorly run with abysmal communication. We booked this for my birthday and the night before AFTER 11 P.M. they emailed me saying they would pick us up at 845am the following day. We were given about 8.5 hours of notice, and of course we were sleeping when we got this notice. We woke up at 8:30 for this 10am excursion thinking that should hopefully be enough time since we didn't know what time they were picking us up. I immediately emailed them and let them know what happened and asked if we can be picked up a little later, or what our options were. They were less than helpful and told us it was our fault we didn't see their 11pm something email until the morning. I explained it was my birthday and again the circumstances, and asked if we could instead just go the following day. They were happy to oblige, FOR MORE MONEY. Which was ridiculous, they did not lose money on us not going. I asked for a refund and they essentially told me to F off. It was very poor customer service and it was clear they didn't care about anything since they already got the money. I ended up disputing the charge, and the bank agreed with me and gave me my money back. I have been to Isla Muejeres before, but I wanted to do a more formal structured adventure, which is why I selected this excursion for my birthday. It was disappointing how they treated us, and I will never book with them or their sleazy company again.

Transportation Lies - I bought two tickets with transportation included and when i asked them when are u gonna pick us they told me we have no transportation and they said they are gonna send my transportation money back today but now i am writing again and again and they are ignoring me . They took my money and not giving back to me terrible

Stolen excursion - We were originally booked for the 27th, which was a beautiful day to be on q catamaran and getting to snorkel, which is what we were looking forward to on our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the driver did not take the time to check tickets or booking numbers and took someone else using our name and we were ignored when we asked if they were picking us up, and they left without us. After having to prove we weren't actually on the bus we were told to "take a cab" to the marina, which would have left us abandoned there as it was so late. We agreed to be rebooked to today. We understand that nobody can control the weather however, the day we booked and should have been on the catamaran was a beautiful day. Today However we were unable to snorkel and dealt with cold rain both there and back. It was very frustrating to know that people 'stole' our expensive excursion and got what we paid for and we recieved less because of it. All due to the driver who did not do his job correctly. Very unhappy

Viator is Scamming people - Viator will contract with companies that scam you. ALL AROUND MEXICO stated the trip was canceled due to weather and then refused to refund me. I ended up taking a ferry.
