A lovely experience - We were collected from the hotel and we got in the boat just after lunch. Snorkelling was about ten minutes into the trip, it was nice snorkelling and we saw some fish and coral and underground sculptures. It was ok - not the best snorkelling I’ve ever had and was in quite a big group where we had to move all the time which was quite hard work when some of the people were weaker swimmers. After this we went straight to Isla mujeres. When we got to the island we were recommend to use a taxi, however we went independent and hired a golf buggy which was a lot of fun to tour the island. We then had some time in a bar by the beach watching the world go by before sailing back in the sunset. The food and the drink provided on the boat was lovely and the crew were very attentive and helpful.

A Good Day Trip - The trip was good. There wasn't much you can do about the crowd on Isla Mujares. It was overwhelming and trying to find somewhere to enjoy the beach was a bit much. The crew was fun, and the boat was clean. Food selection could be improved but overall, a good day trip!

Smooth Sailing - I chose this specific tour because it included pick up and drop off from your hotel. Turns out we were not picked up and had to make our way to the marina on our own last minute that cost us an additional $25. No refund or credit was offered, which was very disappointing they didn’t stick to their policy about pick up. Other than that I had a great time on the boat with my friends and our time at Isla Mujeres.

Rip Off Island Tour!! - Zero star review for this for the following reasons: Expensive for what it actually turns out to be - boat at or above capacity so moving about didn't feel safe or appropriate Buffet lunch is actually a lunch box with ham and cheese roll, stale mini pretzels, cookie and cold green pasta - we went through so many packages that we actually all believed we were getting a buffet.... Snorkeling was less than the allocated 20 minutes, rushed and not the best experience THE WORST PART was the lecture and it was a long targeted lecture at us because our group had several children and therefore the parents had to overcompensate with TIPS to make up for the fact that they would be losing money - it was really laid on thick and an awful way to end the trip - we were literally made to feel guilty for being on the trip as a family and that they'd earn about 20 dollars per couple but 6 kids would have cost them 60 dollars in tips and we'd have to compensate that... WE PAID 110 DOLLARS PER HEAD child or adult same price so there is very little value in this trip if then they expect at least 20 dollars more per 2 people... We understand tipping but I have never felt so reluctant to tip or lectured like this before The Isla Mujeres is an absolute over run tourist trap - basic kids bracelets being sold at 12 dollars v 2 dollars in Cancun shops, you literally feel ripped off as you breath! Yes this is a very beautiful part of the world but stupidly expensive and exploitative of tourists... personally, spend your money better than we did!

Terrible experience - The driver Jose Rodriguez was rude, reckless and disrespectful. He was playing loud music and disregarded multiple requests from passengers to please lower the volume. One passenger had a migraine and he didn’t even care. He claimed that the music will keep him awake, otherwise he could have an accident because he was partying all night!! He also had a man with a toddler sit on the front without seatbelt
