Excellent company. - Very good trip to Isla das Mujeres. We were guided by Renato, with great excellence in his work. Impeccable service from everyone on the boat. The snorkeling could be a little longer and we had already determined a beach club for us to stay at. A trip that is very worth it! Very organized, careful and attentive service. Impeccable structure of the boat.

The best guide - The best of services in all its categories, Wilmar and his crew are always attentive to the needs of each family, and if their operation allows it, they give you a bonus on the ride, thank you for giving an unforgettable moment to my family!

Amazing Time - I came to Cancun with some of my closest friends for 4 days. On the 3rd day we booked this trip to Isla De Mujeres and it was Amazing! Upon arrival , we got checked in and paid the 20 dock fee and then waited, no more than 8 minutes, for the boat to be set up (Heads Up: don’t put on sunscreen if you plan to go snorkeling as it damages the reef). After boarding , we were on the Maines Boat (pronounced “Minus”) and the crew was so attentive, fun, full of energy, and pleasant in every way. We traveled for about 12-15 minutes before stopping for snorkeling. They give you everything you need and give you an option to snorkel the whole distance or jump in and get back on which I thought was so nice for folks who are nervous. I highly recommend snorkeling as we saw: beautiful fish, vibrant coral , sea turtles , ancient under water ruins , and more. The swim is guided and we go as a group so you never feel lost. After the snorkel we get back on the boat and head to Isla De Mujeres. Our first stop was a buffet lunch which was perfect and came with an open bar (Heads Up: Bring cash as there are tons of extras like churros, ice cream and even an ice bar!). After the lunch we board the boat and make our way to the beach and town for a few hours. The island is great! Highly recommend getting a golf cart to explore and then chilling at the beach for the last hour. We boarded the boat and headed back home. Transpiration was flawless. Overall, this was worth every penny and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Best tour to Isla Mujeres - Amazing tour, from the moment we left the pier, to the drinks, crew and Isla Mujeres tips. Snorkeling is an incredible experience, in crystal clear water.

Great experience! - Thanks to Daniel and the entire team of boat #40 Tuesday December 5th for a superb day at sea and on the island Isla Mujeres. This company is well established in Cancun and offers a professional and dynamic service. The prices are competitive and the quality of the equipment shows that things are taken seriously. The boats are clean. The rules are well explained from the start and remembered to allow passengers a safe excursion. We appreciated that the bathrooms were separate for men and women. The snorkling part was well supervised and prepared. We were accompanied and guided during this. Arriving at our destination we had access to a beach club buffet for a period of 90 minutes and then we left with the boat to another section of the island for a free period of 120 minutes. You must visit the island by golf cart. Prices are around $35 but you need a driver's license to rent. The island is very touristy and crowded with shops for souvenir shopping. Be patient and don’t forget to negotiate. The return was very lively with the open bar and entertainment. Music, dancing and laughter were there. We purchased our excursion at our hotel with our Air Canada representative and the shuttle that took us back to the hotel was new and the driver was very careful on the road. It’s a great excursion to do. We had the pleasure of seeing a few varieties of fish but nothing more since there are many boats that go to this reef with tourists. Having seen other boats at the reef we were very happy with our choice. We were safe with dedicated employees and equipment in excellent condition.

Very good - We really liked the experience, the Catamaran was a passion, Captain Jesús and the guide El Loco were the best of the excursion.

Awful - This activity is likely best suited to people wanting several hours of unlimited alcohol, extremely loud music and a wild atmosphere while careening from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. That wasn’t exactly the vibe we were going for when we purchased the tickets from a vendor at our hotel who clearly had no idea what this experience was going to be all about. He insisted it was a family friendly activity, when in fact it was a literal booze cruise where boat employees were pouring bottles of tequila down people’s throats and passengers got so drunk they could barely hold on to the side of the boat. The hotel rep said we would have 90 minutes on the island - when in fact it was 4 hours. Good thing they gave us so much time because the lineup for the buffet was about 100 people (everyone they packed into the catamaran). After fighting for a spot in line, then a table, then a glass or two of water, we rented beach chairs at the crowded little strip of beach but got hit in the head with a volleyball (ok that wasn’t the company’s fault but at that point in the day we had to laugh about something). Then when we got back to the Cancun Marina there weren’t enough vans for everyone and we had to wait another 90 minutes on the side of the road in the dark until they could find someone to take us back to our hotel. With a bunch of spring breakers talking about the balls of coke their had back in their rooms. Probably a good option for spring breakers looking to get super drunk. Definitely NOT family friendly.

DO NOT BOOK! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END! - Would give ZERO stars if I could. First of all the taxi driver “forgot” to pick us up at our hotel… secondly, when we finally get to the dock, we’re charged an extra $20 per person docking fee that was not mentioned when we originally booked the trip. Third, we get on the boat and it’s nothing like what they showed us. We were told we were gonna get a boat that had an indoor section to go into in case it was too cold or too hot on the deck. ALSO, There was also close to 90 people on our boat. We were told it would’ve been no more than 20 people. THEN, they only served alcohol the second end of the trip. After the snorkeling part. We were told it was going to be from beginning to end. LOL THEN, we were told we were going to get food from beginning to end, nope. We got a buffet when we got to the first part of Isla Mujeres Island. We were given about 30 minutes to eat before we had to get back on the boat and travel to the other end of Islas Island…. No time to explore that end. THEN (lol yes there’s more) when we got to the other end of the island, we probably got less than an hour to “explore” the island. And of course they drop us right off in a tourist trap. A jewelry store. And, of course, as you can imagine, all the vendors are screaming at us to check out their stuff. Trying to make a sale. We NEVER got time to actually see the island. It was extremely UNenjoyable. And a WASTE of money. I would absolutely NEVER ever ever recommend this to anybody and I would never do it again!!!!
