An unforgettable experience - If like me you are traveling alone, this is the ideal excursion: small group, friendly atmosphere and heavenly landscapes. I recommend Joaquin and Tlaltemoatonali who are passionate and fascinating guides. They will also take great photos for you ;) Usually I am not a fan of excursions because I find that there is never enough time to enjoy the places but here the balance of free time and explanations was perfect. PS: thank you to the team for the hearty and delicious meal.

Incredible experience! - Isla Contoy - swimming on the beach and seeing pelicans up close, and the many fish, conchs, a big red starfish, and a nurse shark. Plus hundreds of frigate birds.

Best Island Excursion! - The best company by far for island expeditions! We cannot recommend the Isla Contoy tour enough! Lunch was amazing. Fresh fish, chicken, guac, salad, rice, and watermelon. We traveled with two families and brought young’s kids (ages 3 and 1) who had a blast on the beach.

A definate "must do". - An incredible experience! A true highlight of our vacation. Our guides were attentive and personal, nothing felt scripted or obliged. The island itself was breath taking and I am so glad to have been able to visit.

Incredible experience - It was an incredible experience! our guide Steffy very very top!! amazing guide and amazing person! very very nice! As we were unlucky to encounter bad seas and zero visibility we were unable to snorkel, so we will surely repeat it and next time we will surely succeed!!

A must have - This was one of the best trips I've been on during our vacation in Mexico. Definitely recommended to everyone. The bus was on time - we were even informed about the exact arrival time via WhatsApp. The guide and driver were super nice and explained everything along the way. The boat team was awesome - good spirits but also very professional. On Isla Contoy we were able to take part in a small guided tour, but we didn't have to. It's still worth it - the views are unique. The island is fantastic! Anyone who wanted could stay on the beach and enjoy the view. Afterwards we had a really delicious meal (one of the best I've had here in Mexico). Later, chill out on the beach for over an hour and head to Isla Mujeres. Too crowded for me personally, but the time we spent there was enough for everything. Here too, the guides gave us tips on where to get good coffee, etc. Unfortunately we couldn't snorkel due to the weather, but the team can't do anything about that - but we had a little more time on Isla Mujeres. The atmosphere was amazing! Many thanks to Stefan, Raul, Diego and the whole team for the great experience!

Great - Great outing to the 2 islands, magnificent! It’s a shame that we couldn’t go snorkeling that day, it’s the little touch that was missing to make this day perfect! Our guide was great, gave us explanations in several languages, he was very friendly and fun, we enjoyed his company! A great day with a great meal to boot!

Shouldn't be a "party" cruise - For the cost of this tour for four, I could've hired a private boat to take us snorkeling for 20 minutes. Isla Mujeres was mostly a shopping stop. Isla Contoy was pretty and lunch was good. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Our particular body ended up with the absolute drunkest people I've ever seen and the crew kept their beer and tequila flowing. Honestly I feel like people looking for a party cruise shouldn't be allowed on this trip if only 200 people can visit Contoy per day. They ruined the trip and we're really disrespectful of the island's rules.

Contoy awesome, everything else lacking - The two islands were very beautiful, but we thought it was over priced. The tour guides were fun and very kind, but we were disappointed by the time given for the different activities. My fiancé booked this trip because of the snorkeling, but there is only about 20 minutes of areas worth snorkeling. I wanted to spend time on Isla Mujeres, but we were only given an hour to explore the entire island. This activity is sold as a 12 hour day. Little did we know that included 5 hours of shuttle service. It took us over 2 hours to pick up all of the other couples/families and then took us over 2 hours to get back to our hotel. We would not recommend this activity to those that are looking for an unforgettable snorkeling experience or if you want to spend time at Isla Mujeres. Contoy is stunning and is the only real focal point of this trip so if that is your goal then this trip is for you if not then it isn’t.
