Excellent day trip - Crystal was amazing! The entire day was great. The crew constantly checked to make sure you had a drink. The snorkeling was fun and then you had plenty of time to explore the island before heading back. I did not feel rushed at all, great day all together.

Best boat trip ever !! Amazing staff ! - From the moment of leaving the hotel we were well informed. As soon as we were in the boat the party started with grace and team making every feel welcome. Snorkelling was excellent even with the sea being rough and everyone was well looked after. When we went on the island the food was amazing with grace giving us the fully information before giving us our free time the explore . When back on the boat the party started again ! I feel so fortunate to have experienced such an amazing trip and I feel so blessed to have been looked after by an amazing crew !

Great Experience to Isla Mujures - We had a great experience with Cancun Sailing Catamarans. We only decided to book on the day and they the team in particular Rocio was still so accommodating and helpful on WhatsApp in order to get us in on the day. The service onboard was great, very attentive, good drinks 24/7 from start to finish and a guided snorkelling tour in between. We also got dropped off back to the hotel. Would 100% recommend these guys! Great service and overall well thought out excursion. Thanks

Loved this day trip! - We had an amazing trip with Gustavo and his crew! Kept the drinks flowing, lunch was delicious. Those who wanted to snorkel had enough time to snorkel and swim. On the way back, we stopped so those who wanted to take another dip were able to. It was an incredible day - the crew were so friendly. We loved every minute of it!

Beautiful sailing - Noah and his crew on the Greuze (Noah’s Ark) were beyond amazing. From the moment we stepped on the Catamaran until we returned at port, there were no worries, and made us feel like family.

Very disappointing and lackluster - I've been to Cancun several times, and one of my favorite activities when I go there is to take a sailing excursion over to Isla Mujeres. The first few trips to Cancun, I booked saling excursions with Sea Passion. With that particular company, we would board the catamaran at the Captain Hook marina, where it would set sail to Isa Mujeres. About halfway between Cancun and the island, the boat would make a brief stop at a reef, where guests could snorkel for a few minutes. The snorkeling is a complete joke. Unless you are a very good swimmer, I would advise against snorkeling. I recommend that you remain on the boat, and here's why; They only have a few minutes to spend at the reef. It will be a game of "Hurry up! Keep up with the guide!" Hardly enough time to actually enjoy the snorkeling. Also the water can be extremely choppy. If you do decide to take part in the snorkeling, do so at your own risk. For a MUCH better snorkeling experience, I recommend visiting an eco park, such as Xel-Ha, where you may snorkel at your leisure instead of being yelled at to "Hurry up! Keep up!" The boat would then sail to the Island and dock at a lovely, private yacht club. Inside a nice, airconditioned building was a dining room and a buffet with a large selection of food to choose from. This club also had a small, but very nice swimming pool which the excursion guests could also use during the stop at this particular club. It was very nice. Well.... somewhere, somehow, it seems these catamaran excursions have decided to stop picking up guests at the Captain Hook marina. Now they have you board the catamarans at a run-down marina which isn't anywhere near as nice. Also, they no longer stop at that yacht club. Instead, they stop at Pointe Norte, where guests are directed to this outdoor cafe which consists of a grass covered roof, a sand floor, and no air conditioning. There is no swimming pool, just a small roped off swimming area right next to the boat dock. The buffet, if you even want to call it that, is pathetic, to put it nicely. Very limited selection. It's not just Sea Passion (which I hear was bought out by some other company.) Cancun Adventures and Cancun Sailing both go to this same, shoddy cafe. No more nice, indoor, airconditioned dining room or large buffet, just some tables and chairs on the sand, with a grass roof providing some shade. That's it. Not much of a selection at the buffet; maybe a salad, some chips, and some chopped up chicken, that's basically it, plus a drink. Hardly worth the $130 USD I paid for this excursion. Not even close! (Delta Vacations, whom I booked the excursion thru, had sent me a text message stating I had a $25 credit to go towards the excursion of my choice. When I said I wanted to go sailing, they suggested Cancun Sailing. But then they said, "Oh, unless you book something that is more than $200 USD, we can't offer you the $25 credit." WHAT??? They never said that initially. They offered 10% off, but it still came to $130. That's ridiculous.) Other than the shade where the chairs and tables are in the cafe area, there is ZERO shade anywhere else! There are ZERO places to sit down! No chairs on the beach, no beach umbrellas, NOTHING!!! (Oh, they DO have these things, HOWEVER...... they ARE NOT included in the price of the excursion! They will charge you a ridiculous fortune if you want a chair or an umbrella. They truly do not know the meaning of hospitality. I was charged $30 for a chair and umbrella I could use for 2 hours. Ridiculous. The boat crew will basically abandon you, leaving you there for about 3 or 4 hours to fend for yourself before they pick you up to sail back to Cancun. So what do you do in the meantime? Unless you enjoy shopping, or want to pay an arm and a leg to rent a golf cart and drive around the island, there really isn't anything to do! And with no shade and no place to sit down, how could this be considered an enjoyable excursion? It clearly is not! It's a rip-off. Of course, on the boat ride back to Cancun, the crew will break out the tip box and go around asking the guests for tips. And FOR WHAT??? What service did they offer? What was it about this excursion felt like they went above and beyond? Not a thing! The crew were friendly and polite, but they really didn't engage with any of the guests. Everything was very lackluster. Kind of boring. The only enjoyable part of this excursion was the boat ride itself. Everything else was a complete joke. I don't recommend this excursion.
