So fun! - This was so fun and engaging! The staff was excellent and the food was delicious! You are on the ocean so it will get cold fast but it was still a large portion and delicious! The show was so fun and interactive and while we did upgrade to vip for a bottle of wine, the entire ships seating was good. There are opportunities for souvenirs but not unusually overpriced. It was such a fun experience, we will definitely come back!

Loved everything about it. - I have taken this dinner cruise twice once as a couple of once with teens and I loved it both times, the food, the entertainment, the staff, the drinks all are fantastic. It may be a little bit too much for younger children as it does go late but both times we have been they have seemed to enjoy it just as much as the older kids. On our second trip we did spring for the upgraded seats (I believe it was $60 for all of us to get upgraded and a bottle of whiskey) and it was well worth the extra cost.

MANY Good, ONE bad. - POSITIVE: It was very fun, great delicious food, dancing, laughter and adventure Love it! . NEGATIVE: it was drizzling and they had all curtains down and it was super warm in there, it’s the middle of summer, they didn’t want to opened them even when many people request for it. The whole deal of a boat is to see the ocean, and feel the wind and we didn’t have that for more than half of the trip, until the very end. That’s the only reason I’m giving a 4 star.

Good tour - The tour met our expectations. All the staff were dressed in character and attentive. The show is very childish and very pleasing to children. The end of the ride is a fight between three pirate ships. Food is served slowly and was ok considering it's a buffet and we were on a ship. We bought the tickets through Viator and there was no information about extra fees. In order to go onboard, we need to pay another 380 pesos per person as a surcharge fee. There was no such information anywhere. The stools to sit inside the ship are extremely uncomfortable. Not one person in the group was able to stay seated for very long.

Very disappointing - We paid for the VIP.. we were the first to get in and pick our seats. Then the concierge came over and asked us to move down a seat. Then asked if we could move another seat.. Then-- one more seat. Now we have no view of the stage. So they move us across the boat and our seats are literally up above the stage so we could only see the tops of people's heads. The show was average, more jokes than an actual show. Lot's of homosexual jokes, be prepared for that. At the end, the waiter came over and said " You can tip me now". Wow... would nottt have paid for this show had I known what it would be like.

Overcrowded , boring - Really disappointed in this , out of all the trips we have done in cancun this has got to be the worst of the bunch . Firstly the boat is way OVERCROWDED, you are completely crammed and squashed in . It’s clear to see that all this attraction cares about is how much money they can make . Everything is money money money . They are constantly trying to sell you Photo’s , Swords , T shirts , all at greedy prices . You don’t get served drinks quickly , we watched the staff try and serve people in cramped conditions for 35 minutes before we were asked what drink we would like , it was that crammed that one member of staff knocked a whole drink all over one of the guests . Food is basic . You’ve no room to eat . Entertainment is not good at all , could not understand most of the language , hardly anything was in English , hours and hours of drinking games , karaoke etc , all drunk adults , one kids game . The pirate fight is probably the best bit but other than that it was an absolute waste of an evening . Save your money . I will be seeking a refund .

DO NOT DO THIS - Really bad excursion. We did not even go into the ocean the boat stayed docked the whole time. We had to pay ports fees even thought we did not sail. We paid to have the steak it was DISGUSTING, the buffet food was not good. We were crowded the whole time we were there. They mad us sit on small stools made in plastic. The show was in Spanish the whole time they couldn’t care less about the tourists. We had to get off the boat at 9pm when they told us 10:30. Overall we paid 75 us for the worst excursion I have done in my life.

Biggest ripoff in Cancun - You buy tickets on site and then upon arrival there’s a surcharge every one must pay. The show is ridiculous, loud, and cramped. Dinner was steak, or should I say Dog Food. Totally inedible. Don’t fall for the tourist trap like I did. The kids on board look like deer in headlights! WTF is going on. I want a full refund.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! - Terrible terrible terrible customer service.. even if you made a reservation, they feel it’s normal to make up a ridiculous reason to cancel it at the entrance, like you have to pay additional meal fees then after the delay you can’t get in coz you’re late! What?!! You kept me at the checkin window for so long!! Now I have to cancel?!! What is this joke of customer service let alone how rude they are!! Never recommend them! Not worth wasting your breath explaining coz they will never listen or bother to explain! TERRIBLE

Bad experience - The wait to actually board took over an hour where they charged additional fees. Then a member of our party was denied boarding due to a language barrier problem that could not be resolved. We were not reimbursed for the tickets to passengers that couldn't board. The actual boat ride was packed shoulder to shoulder on uncomfortable stools, extremely hot with no airflow. The show was fun, but lasted way longer than we expected and the small children in our group were beyond exhausted and cranky by the time we got back. Given the option to change my mind I would have skipped the whole thing.
