Speeding to happiness! - Amazing and so fun! After picking up our life jackets and snorkel equipment, we were shown how to operate the speed boats. You will drive through the jungle, see flamingos, stop to snorkel through clear water and a chance to see tropical fish and an underwater statues! Get ready for some bumps, driving in circles and lots of memories!!

Memorable - Wonderful experience! Hector and his crew was very kind. Chris our guide was fantastic! Sorry we didn’t tip Chris but we gave our cash to the dancers. Worth every penny. The picture price for special moments captured was extremely reasonable compared to other activities. Even the food as the corn tortillas was handmade. Thank you for the memories! Even your little friend the crocodile under the walk way.

So Much Fun! - I booked this trip on request of my brothers (19 and 21), but it wasn't something I personally wanted to do. But reflecting at the end of the trip, this was my favorite thing we did! The speedboats are fast (although my brothers wanted to go faster, lol) and the snorkeling was very good. We went snorkeling last year in Cancun and had a horrible experience and this made up for it! I would recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses with straps and extra sunscreen. We all got a bit burnt. During the snorkeling portion, stay near the guide if you are able because they were able to point out different fish and corals. There was one couple that chose not to snorkel and one of the guides stayed with them on the boats. We kept our stuff in the provided lockers and ended up buying 2 photos at the end because they were great quality, I believe we paid $35 for 2. Overall we really enjoyed this experience and felt safe the whole time!

A MUST do tour! - The overall experience was really great! Riding around in a speedboat in the middle of Cancun waters was just breathtaking. The snorkeling was great. Saw lots of fishes. The ride was pretty long and satisfying. Speed boat was easy to use and our tour guide did a great job. It was worth it!

Great Cancun tour with fast boats and cool fish! - This was a great experience! The speedboats were fast and fun. Riding in the open bay was great and the trip in the mangroves was super cool. But the highlight was the snorkeling! I’ve never swam in a school of fish before. Literally swimming right beside and below me. Very cool and I highly recommend!!

excellent value - This tour was well worth the money. They do not provide transportation to and from your hotel as part of the package as advertised. So, call them and they will set up a round trip transport for you for $10. It's well worth it. Excellent boating and snorkeling fun...

Fun boating experience with a bit of snorkeling - This was a very fun experience. Jorge is a great guide, taught us everything we needed to know about the speed boats and lead everyone on a fun ride. The snorkeling is pretty short, so if you're looking for a primarily snorkeling experience, this isn't the one, but it's still great fun to drive the boats, see the mangroves, and do a little beginner snorkeling. Overall, I really enjoyed myself. It was easy to get to on the bus from our hotel.

Lagoon/Caribbean Sea Adventure - The tour was very good. As there were 3 people, we went on a single boat. The tour lasted about two hours... a very pleasant adventure... we left on time. The diving stop lasts around 30 minutes. It is important that the person knows how to swim and has the ability to stay in the water for a long time, to complete this trip completely. I didn't feel completely comfortable diving and stayed on the boat.

Fun outing out on the water - The speedboat portion was the highlight. The snorkeling was a bit brief, but our guide was kind and attentive.

Reserve times shown are NOT available - Took about an hour to finally find a snorkeling tour with a good price shown and time. So I clicked the 11:00 am slot and proceeded with all my pay information, submitted payment, and the reservation was confirmed. However, as my wife and I were leaving our hotel room later that evening for dinner, I received a phone call telling me that our reserved time slot was not available. I was then told the next available time was early in the morning the next day but that time was not suitable for us. So I politely asked to simply receive a refund. But because the "cancellation" was within 24 hours, I was put through their process in which I had to call the Viator tour company myself to request that. I tried to explain over the phone that I should not have to REQUEST anything because it was not OUR fault and that the refund should be automatic. I was only told that their "system" could not do that. So, I spent precious time on our vacation the next day making calls and having to go through a whole explanation thing in which the customer agent seemed confused because his records showed that I was offered and had agreed to go on the tour at another time. I certainly had not. After a day I finally received notice that sounded like I would get a refund in 3-7 business days. (Round two) I spent another hour looking for another tour with an appropriate time slot. Unfortunately, none of the tours show their parent company with their information until the very end when you book. Fortunately, I found one that began from a different marina and with and boat type and price structure. So I assumed it was a different company than Viator. I also received immediate tickets with bar codes, unlike my previous booking. But my hope was short-lived, I noted at the bottom of the ticket that it had been issued through Viator. Later that afternoon, I received a call that the time slot I reserved was not available. Rather than go through the living hell of trying to get a refund, I reluctantly agreed to go with their "other" comparable tour which at first they imlied would be at the same time and meeting place. Neither were true. And there was NOTHING about the tour that was comparable. My wife and I was put on a dive boat that took us out in a storm in deep waters. One of the guides just laughed that we booked a snorkel tour on a dive trip. My wife and I struggled with the current and we couldn't see much on the bottom (over 6m below us at all times). Our boat broke down on the way back and took over an hour longer to get into dock.
