Pili is amazing! - Great snorkeling trip!!! Went with my girlfriend who is a weaker swimmer and also first time snorkeler. She was given a more robust life vest. More so our guide, Pili was amazing and helped my gf remove water more her goggles and would help her catch a breath with a flotation ring. She was a very attentive guide. Also our captain Moses was also fantastic. Great tour guide and overall great experience.

Snorkeling Trip - Terrific snorkeling trip! Our guide, Carlos Peña, found turtles and stingray as promised! Pick up and drop off service was a breeze.

Super cool experience - We were picked up at our hotel a few minutes after the expected time, and headed right to the dock! Spent a bit of time waiting there but once we were ready, we tested out our equipment and headed to the first snorkel spot. My group of 4 had never snorkeled before and it went well! The marine life was incredible, we saw so many beautiful fish, two turtles, barracudas and more. The photographer got some great shots and we loved the guide Carlos, we just followed him the whole time.

Amazing Morning - Family of 6 - Kids 13, 11, 8 years old. Had the most amazing morning! Daisy our guide was brilliant and was there to reassure our children when they got nervous. We saw loads of tropical fish and swam with turtles. Photos and videos were brilliant too. Would definitely do the trip again.

fun 1st snorkeling experience - It was a great experience! We saw several sea turtles, several stingrays, and tons of different tropical fish! The guide was great about pointing things out and keeping an eye out to find cool stuff to show us! We chose hotel pickup, and they came and got us at 10:10 (our snorkeling was scheduled at 12). We ended up arriving at the place early and started our excursion early. We ended up back at our hotel around 3ish.

Perfect Experience - Excellent tour! Daisy was a great guide and made sure to take care of our group. We saw a lot of really cool things in a short amount of time (turtles, fish, shipwreck, reef, cenotes). The hotel pickup was very helpful. Make sure to pay attention to your specific pickup time they’ll message you after booking (mine was about an hour before the booked tour time). Highly recommend!

Great snorkeling experience. We felt it was overpriced. - The snorkeling was very good. We were able to swim with the turtles. However, the cenote was not what I expected. The trip guide was great and easy to understand. The worst part was the port fee was an additional $15 per person that was not included in the price. Also, the photo packages were extremely overpriced.

A lot of different views - You get to see a ton with all of the stops. The sea turtles were incredible! Be prepared that they’ll ask you if you want underwater pictures for $55 (for 5 of us). Then when we were done, we could pay an additional $35 for the videos. They do a nice job capturing the trip and videos are way more interesting than the pictures. Might be worth a try to just get the videos. I would have said no to both but my pushover husband is more fun than me and said yes :) The guides were helpful with the equipment though I didn’t feel like we learned much about the specific wildlife we were seeing. Our group size was 8 so it wasn’t like we could be side by side with him. You’re in open water for the snorkeling and not along the coast or in a cave of sorts. So it was a choppy experience at times. By the end, my husband and daughter both “fed the fish.” Despite some of the negatives, it was an overall good experience. I’m probably comparing it to other incredible snorkeling experiences.

Very Good (Quick) Overview of the Cancun's Undersea World! - The Positive: My wife and I had a great time on this excursion! We visited all five locations, just as promised, and I definitely feel we got our money's worth. The shipwreck was really cool, and we got to see two sea turtles, several large sea stars, a ray, and hundreds of thousands of fish. Don't expect a vibrant reef, but it was still fun to swim over it, and the amount of fish around the reef makes it enjoyable! It was also nice to see a tiny bit of MUSA. The tour guides themselves were friendly and helpful, and the tour is easy for anyone who can at least swim. The current was a little strong at times, but boat captain move the boat after you jump in the water so that you naturally float back to the boat after your swim. It's absolutely a safe trip. The Downsides: It definitely felt rushed. It says 5 hours, but that's generous. We were back to our hotel nearly two hours earlier than we expected. Now, that may be great for you, but I was hoping to be in the water a bit more. Also, you won't see a cenote like on Google. It's just a hole underwater that you can't swim into because you're snorkeling and it is at least 10 feet underwater. Also, you only visit a small part of MUSA, which is a circle of hands pointed upward. Conclusion: Think of this tour like an appetizer sampler. If you're looking for a comprehensive sampling of what you can see underwater in the Cancun region, this is a great excursion, especially at this price! That's exactly what we were looking for on our trip, and I'd highly recommend this tour. However, if you're looking for something that's more rigorous or you want to swim inside a cenote, this may not be the best fit.
