Airport shuttle from Cancun to Tulum - Just as described by Happy representatives we took the private shuttle from Cancun airport to our resort in Tulum. We met the representative in the spot as described and waited a short while before the vehicle arrived. Loaded our bags and we were gone. Very easy. Return trip was even easier. Driver was waiting for us at the pick up time and we were off. Very easy. Will definitely use Happy on our next trip.

Stress free and easy! - Happy Shuttle went above and beyond my expectations! The drivers were so nice. I loved the fact that we got a personal van instead of waiting on a bunch of strangers to load up on a bus. It was extremely easy and smooth. We stayed for 5 nights and they planned a pick up time for departure. So worth the money!

Inefficient and irritating. Waited over an hour standing in a hot parking lot for a ride that never came. - After leaving the airport we went to the pickup area /parking lot as we were instructed where we gave our name to the associate. They wrote our name on a ticket and we were told to wait for our car to arrive. We, along with 30-40 other people then waited over an hour in the standing in the hot parking lot for our rides to show up. After standing in the parking lot for about 40 minutes we checked to make sure our ride was still coming with the person we gave our names to. That person no longer had the ticket with our names, it had been passed to one of the other 4 associates standing in the pickup area with us. We were told to check with one of the others. The 4th person we asked had our ticket and said our ride should be there shortly. After about 75 minutes the company asked another person who had also been waiting for over an hour if we could ride with them. She agreed and we left for the hotel. The van was clean, the driver nice and we had no issues with the ride. Pickup was arranged through an email a day or two before we left, that was a little stressful but worked out fine. The van arrived right on time. The driver again was very nice, van was clean, and we had no issues with our ride and drop off at the terminal.
