Transfer from airport to hotel - We made transfer from the airport to our hotel with Jesus Ochoa, very attentive and friendly, offered us water and arrived smoothly at the hotel

Unfulfilled at the airport - They follow up via WhatsApp, they have been pending for a day before. But they took an hour to pick us up at the airport, and they just gave incoherent excuses. Should not commit to the service, but have the logistical capacity to fulfill it

Did Not Get Picked Up - Recommend Uber Instead - Traveling alone with my two children - waited an hour and nobody came. They did not pick up calls and stopped responding to texts. A few days later we realized Uber works really well here and took an Uber to the airport for our return for half the price. I do not recommend this company.

Hotel transfer - Our flight was cancelled due to bad weather and I messaged the company multiple times to reschedule. No response from them. They have poor communication in Cancun. And they are refusing my refund because I had to get an company for hotel transfer the following day

Transportation Failed Us at the Airport!! - Our flight from Charlotte was slightly early but passport control was packed then getting luggage so when we came out etransfer was NOT there ! Other drivers said they left - they’re supposed to check arrival & know it takes awhile! I prepaid $76 round trip from airport to hotel ! I tried calling & messaging on What’s App & NO response! We had to pay for a taxi $60!!! I tried the next day contacting them for an explanation & to get a Refund but Never a Response !!! So I am NOT Pleased & Do Not Recommend their Service !! đŸ€·â€â™€ïž If I ever hear from them maybe I would change my Opinion!?!

Don’t book this. - We booked this through Viator and when we got to the airport, we were to look for a sign with our name and someone in an “eTransfers” sign/ shirt. We looked for an hour and there were no signs with our name and we talked to 3 different people who worked for eTransfers and they all had no idea where our ride was and couldn’t connect us with one. We called Viator twice and they couldn’t get ahold of our driver either. At the resort, concierge called and they said they couldn’t find us, but they would still be there for the transfer back to the airport in a few days. They never came to the resort for that transfer either. The only good thing was they gave a full refund.

Run By Thieves! Stay Away! - Pre-booked and pre-paid a transfer from Cancun Airport to the Hotel Zone on 2/19/26. Upon landing, I waited over an hour - for service that never showed up! The e-transfers airport staff was useless and did nothing to try to resolve the issue. All he kept telling me was that he couldn't get any updates from the office or the drivers. After waiting 90 minutes, even he suggested I make other arrangements, saying I'd receive a refund. No refund has been received and my three messages to the company have been entirely ignored. Stay away from this group of thieves - a total scam of a company!
