Would recommend - Had a great time during all excursions. Snorkeling and speed boat was definitely the highlight as we saw many cool fish. All the workers were also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fun experience! - Overall great experience! The whole experience was definitely an adventure and we got to enjoy different parts of Mexico. The food provided is not enough, so pack some food.

BEST MEXICAN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE - My friends and I had the BEST time here. The staff is so helpful, kind and funny! The experience was definitely one to remember and I would definitely do it all over again. It was definitely worth $100 and although the pictures they take costs, they do take great ones. If you debating booking, do it!

Good experience. - The snorkeling was definitely the highlight of the day! Mike, our guide in the water, was awesome. We saw lots of beautiful coral and fish. The unfortunate part (and why I didn't give 5 stars) was there was an over hour wait in the hot Mexican Sun before we were taken to the next stop for zip line and ATV. The zip line was awesome (but only 4 playforms)platforms. The ATV was a bit disappointing. We had to go pretty slow and in a single file line and up and down basically 2 trails. That part wasn't worth the money, but the rest of the tour was great. Also, don't bother bringing a camera. You can't take it in the water, on the ziplines or on the ATV.

Don’t do snorkeling with these guys - Overall, I will give a 3 star to our experience. It would have been a 0 or 1 if not for the ziplines and Cenote experience. I would give 0 to snorkeling experience, a 4 star to speed boat experience, a 3 star to ATV and 5 star to ziplines, and a 4 start to Cenote experience. A van picked us up from the hotel. They were almost 1 and half hrs late (apparently Van broke down)l. Then they rushed us at the snorkeling place. They didn’t give us enough time in the water. For first time snorkelers, this is not something you should do. The guide was not in the water and didn’t watch out for us at all. We were literally on our own. One of our friends panicked in the water and called out for help, the guide didn’t even move. He threw his hands up and said “not my problem”. Safety wise, I would Give them a 0 for this. 2 of us got bruises on our arms when the guide pulled us out of water onto the boat without telling us what he was doing. After snorkeling, we were taken in a van to the ATV/Zipline place. ATV experience was okay, some vehicles were not in good condition but overall experience was not bad. Zipline guy was awesome, he made it fun. At the end , home made empanadas were the highlight!! Be prepared, due to extreme activities, they don’t provide lunch until all activities are done. We had lunch at 5:00.

Waited and hungry - Speed boat and snorkeling was good . We started excursion at 8. When you get to Cenotes, they won’t let you have lunch until you are done . We didn’t finish until 2. They served lunch chicken fajitas . 4 tostadas. Very small portions . Couldn’t believe they actually count 4 on each plate . We waited 2 1/2 hours for ride back to hotel. Excursion didn’t offer water . WAs fun still .

Meh.. - Speed boats were a hassle and kept needing water pumped out. Ziplines and atv were alright. Atv is through a small course and takes about 20 minutes. The cenote was gross with nasty water and painful limestone. It was nice doing all activities in one day, but for the price I wouldn't do it again.

A fun day - The zip lining and ATV was fun, the cenote was OK. If the cenote is what you really want to see this isn’t you trip to take. I’m only giving 3 stars because the weather stopped us from doing snorkeling and boats. I will give Viator 5 stars on customer service. They gave us a partial refund. They also were extremely helpful in getting a cell phone back to us that we left behind on our Taxi. They brought it right out to our resort that evening.

Started great. Ended very poorly - Snorkeling was an easy 5 stars. Amazing experience! Got to drive 2 passenger speed boats out to the reef and the snorkeling experience there was really awesome. Our snorkeling guide was so fun! The rest of the excursion was terrible. ATV ride was extremely short and slow. The zips lining was fine, but the cenote was very small and just full of green water. The chicken fajitas that was served were not good at all, and the portion sizes were so small. Kind of felt like we got catfished.. Consider just doing the snorkeling and doing the rest of the excursion somewhere else.

Look for another tour - I’d probably skip this one. Boat/snorkel was fun and was just the right amount of time. Zip line, ATV, Cenote would be a hard pass. Tour Company did very little in explaining what we were going to do. ATV in poor condition and the trail was the same one the horses used. Zip line was a group of 20+ people - not sure how safe it really was. Cenote was interesting, but not really worth the time. Food was really good. We waited over an hour for our transport back to the resort which took 1 1/2 hours. There are lots of options in Cancun. I recommend using one of these other options.
