Highlights
- Parasail Cancun - Start your tour with prompt, air-conditioned transportation from your hotel.
Head to our marina, where after checking in, you’ll receive all safety instructions.
Before boarding, you’ll be provided a life jacket.
Once ready, you’ll board our water taxi that will take you safe and dry to the main boat.
After a short briefing, you’ll be gear up with a harness and you’re ready to go!
The boat will ride 3 miles once you’re flying in the sky, this is about 10 minutes.
Mouth-opener views and the sensation of freedom is the best of our tour.
A water “splash” is optional before landing on the boat again.
Once finished, the water taxi will take you to mainland again.
Finally, hotel drop off is offered.

Enjoy the best view of Cancun’s crystal clear waters, flying at 80 meters high (240 ft) as you parasail in Cancun. Our parasailing activity is always enjoyed on the seaside (not in the lagoon). Soar the sky and amaze yourself with Cancun’s matchless water colors, Cancun’s hotel Zone, Isla Mujeres and Nichupt%C3%A9 Lagoon at it’s best. This is a 100% safe activity and no previous experience is required. Take off and landing from the boat, you don’t get wet, unless you want to.

Simply amazing ride - This company is very organized and truly communicates when it comes to snorkeling- parasailing -jet skis- they are truly on point. I did the parasailing it was truly breathtaking just wish we had more than 10 minutes up in the air. They do offer you purchase the video they have a go-pro attached to the harness but I didn't get it- this is truly a must do- you'll regret it if you don't.

Great Value in the Air - 5 Star staff who explain everything how it is supposed to work what to expect, and what to do very clearly. we had a wonderful time and felt that the amount of time in the air was a well balanced amount considering the investment

Will definitely be back - Alfredo our tour transport was on time and friendly lovely air conditioned vehicle.
The whole crew on the boat was so entertaining and enthusiastic even though we were some of the last people of the day!
The views were amazing we saw a sea turtle swimming and, yeah I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was.
No pushy sales spiels, they let us take our phone to take our own photos and we had to make sure we understand they aren’t responsible if we drop our phone from the 100 meters.

Amazing customer service - Unfortunately parasailing didn't happen due to bad weather which they are concerned for everyone's safety which they contacted us right away to inform us and that they are going to give us another excursion as a replacement... hope to parasail one day

Amazing Birthday Trip! - It was an incredible experience. We visited Cancun to celebrate my close friends birthday. We had been talking about parasailing for a few years, but never got around to it. Apparently, this is when it was supposed to happen. The crew was very encouraging and attentive. Once we were up in the air, we didn't want to come down. I got a couple videos on my phone while in the air. Seeing the different colors of the water, and having such an amazing view was great. We even got to see a turtle swimming below. Anyone who is nervous about doing it, just go for it! Once you've gotten up there, everything else will fade away!

The guys were very... - The guys were very friendly and it was super fun!Actually saw sea turtles and stingrays from above.Transport was ok,our first transporter spoke no English so pickup was a bit challenging.

Great experience, unpleasant transportation - Really loved my experience with Leo & Caperio! They made the experience worth wild! However, the transportation/driver who dropped us off was very unprofessional. Did not drop us off where we got picked up. We asked if he could drop us in front of our entrance at our hotel and he refused. Unfortunately I would have to give this 3 stars. Many resorts have their own parasailing activities check with your own resort before booking.

Waste of time and more expensive than at hotel - They do not let you know the pickup time untill the day after you book and the time was two hours before our scheduled tour. The location is very far from hotel zone and is not the one it shows you when you google it or book it.
The drive was almost one hour with a lot of stops picking up other guests. Then you have to wait at the dock for other groups to do their tour
Then you would go on the boat as a few groups and do your parasailing one pair at the time and then theres a 1 hour ride back to the hotel.
Do not get this unless you want to waste half of day of your vacation.
We later found out we could get parasailing at our hotel beach( no waste time for transport) for 75USD no docking fee required which was cheaper than 65USD + 15USD docking fee that we got. I would strongly recomend getting the experience at your hotel or nearby.
