Good transportation - We went to Costa Mujeres last fall, decided to get a different transportation since it was cheaper to go thru on the resort website where we were staying at, we had no trouble find them out the airport, there were right across the port, checkin was quick and there was a driver waiting, it was a quick 45 mins or so drive to Costa mujueres, we enjoyed chatting with our driver and he even asked us if we needed to make a stop for anything on the way to the resort. For departure our scheduled pickup time was 4:30am for a 8:25am, I wasn't sure if they showed up that early but he was late though and we paid for private transport but there were 2 other people in the car, other than that the driver ensured our terminal was #3 for Delta which he showed us on his phone, but when got in the terminal, realize it was the wrong terminal when checking in at kiosks, asked a rep by the entrance to confirm, had a connecting flight to Mexico airport, Terminal #4 was our drop off since it is run by aeromexico so can be confusing, had to pay a taxi to get to other terminal:(. So it can be a hit/miss!

PISSED AND UNCOMPENSATED!! - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased an Ocean Triple Excursion supplied by Chukka for $548.60 for my girls and I. When we arrived at Chukka we were told that you need a top and shorts for the zipline. My girls had on swimwear. On there website and the confirmation I received via email it stated to wear comfortable clothing. It stated nothing about any particular required clothing for any activity. I had to purchase a top and shorts for my 3 girls that was $20.00 just to start the excursion and find out the Hammock Splash and Power Snorkel (that was included in the excursion) was not available. These were two activities my girls really wanted to do. I would not have purchased this excursion if these two activities were not included. The horseback ride activity was late starting. When we got back from horseback riding we were supposed to eat lunch. However, we were late getting and the next activity (catamaran and power snorkel) was starting. Therefore, we were told to just grab our food and had to the catamaran boat. We could not sit down and enjoy the lunch. Instead, we had to eat while holding our plates in our laps while people were partying and bumping into us wasting our food. Then we were told when we stop to snorkel that the power snorkel was not available and had no been available for a while. I am pissed. I I have been going back and forth with Emmanuel Castillo (who assured me that he would take care of me) for a month and a half now. Every time I speak with him or he email me he tells me that the refund is in the final processing stage with accounting. It does not take this long to get a refund. I am getting nothing but a run around. The last email he sent me on April 26, 2024 and he told me the refund was processing and they he would keep a close eye on it. That is a bunch of BS. I have called and emailed since then and I am always told that he will call me back. Of course that never happens. He is now not answering my calls or emails. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and I am very disappointed in the treatment/service or non-service I am receiving and not receiving. This is no way to treat your customers who are spending their hard earned money for enjoyment just to not received what they have paid for and no refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is not an honorable company to give your money to.

Very bad experience - We had private transportation from the Cancun airport to the hotel. It took more than 45 minutes for our driver to arrive. The driver drove the entire trip chatting on his cell phone. He had 2 cell phones on his legs. A real danger. We were 1 adult and 2 minors. Terrible service and a lot of irresponsibility.

Bad Experience - The drivers were great, but the rest of the company was difficult to deal with. We booked because it was recommended by our hotel. Big mistake. I had fraudulent charges on my card from Mexico immediately following my booking with them. I had not used that card in over a month and haven’t used it since. The spam and marketing emails that followed my booking were relentless. They were coming from a variety of Nexus email addresses and they wouldn’t stop. They made us wait longer than other transfer services we have used and we felt penalized for booking private. The only reason we booked private was because we landed late in the day and we didn’t want to make a lot of stops as we were already getting in late. In the end it didn’t matter because they made us wait another 30 minutes at the airport. Scheduling the return was also quite a challenge. I would not recommend. Other companies have been much easier to work with all around.

Horrible - Do not book with this company. They dropped us off at the wrong terminal when we left Cancun and took off quickly. We had to pay extra for a taxi to take us to the correct terminal. There were families with little kids in the van who had to do the same thing. I messaged the representative and they ignored my message. PNEVER AGAIN!

Avoid - I booked a transfer service to the airport, received a lovely confirmation with all details, checked with representative on site to make sure nothing else was required and they never showed up. Had to pay again for an alternate taxi and to date, nobody at nexus will respond to my request for a refund.

Scammers - We booked a private transfer from the cancun airport to our hotel. Complete gong show waiting for the van to take us to the hotel. We waited almost an hour. Our trip back was no better. Our flight was delayed and I was told we’d be able to stay at the resort longer the day before we left. On the day we were to leave the hotel Nexus rep said the pickup time was the same because our flight had to be delayed by more than 3 hours. When our flight was delayed 4 hours they told me it had to be delayed more than 5 hours. The rep in our hotel was completely rude and obnoxious. They are making us take our transportation to the airport 8 hours before we leave.
