Upon arrival in Cancun, clear customs and proceed to the building’s exit. Pass through the timeshare, car rental, and taxi areas. Avoid the exit marked “Family and Friends” and head to the “Tour Operators” area. Look for our airport representative holding a Mexico Travel Solutions sign. Our staff will be easily recognizable in a white shirt with a pink collar and sleeves, an MTS logo on the upper left, a multicolored MTS flower on the right waist, and navy blue pants. Our representative will warmly greet you and guide you to the designated vehicle. Please note there is a waiting time of 20 to 60 minutes to coordinate with other passengers.
